The bathrooms are dirty. They never mop or clean. See photo. Look carefully. See all that nasty hair in the floor? The floors are like this ALL the time.

But what really bothered me, I have a fearful child who cannot swim (pandemic) and they pushed him to where he seemed to panic today and then told him he MUST do the skill next week. He left the lesson tearful and more afraid than he was when we went in. I am very concerned about continuing. I spoke to the front desk to switch to a different instructor, told I could not, emailed and haven't heard back.
