It was supposed to be shipped to my home. And shipped out a defective guitar Which took over a week to arrive. They respond only to the bad review. Owner won't call me. Dan is rude and disrespectful The only thing he says it's just needs an adjustment. I've taken it to a Luthier to check it out and found what I tried to explain to Dan Who thinks he knows everything. He refused to speak with the Luthier and said she doesn't know what she is doing. What? Just because she's a woman? She's the best in her profession and has a 5+ star reputation!! I've took a video of her doing her evaluation and found what I tried to explain to Dan Plus more!! Both Dan and owner never responded to see the video This place took the pleasure of Playing music away knowing that they don't care about anything after a sale. They don't even deserve a star ! I'm just sorry that i was cheated out of what was to be a good guitar! don't listen to there response!! it's all BS. .

Every guitar in the shop is tuned, ready to play and the atmosphere is relaxed and absolutely NO pressure. I didn't find what I wanted in the shop, but they ordered the model that I wanted to try. It was in the shop in two days, and I tried the ordered guitar and other alternate models again. I didn't end up exactly where I thought I would when I started, but AM helped guide me to the guitar that was right for me at a very fair price. Many thanks--excellent experience.

For the first time in my life I would consider purchasing a refurbished 1974 Yamaha 48" U1 Black Satin piano 1900 miles away. WOW. I wasn't sure I could do this, but proceeded after reading many great reviews and the four star reconditioning service with 21 point certification offered by Caruso. This included full cabinet restoration as well in black satin. And, after visiting with Richard Caruso thru phone calls and emails, I was sent a video demonstration made by one of their pianist of two I could choose from. I also chose the Piano Life Saver (humidity control) system to be installed by Caruso as well. So, my choice was made, the LS system installed and piano prepped for shipping. Thus, we started the process of long-haul from New London, CT to Denver, CO. After a delay in trucking service availability from New London to its first destination in Kentucky, the Caruso company decided to deliver a load there themselves. Once in Kentucky, my piano was in storage for a short while before it began its journey to Denver. Once in Denver, Caruso suggested delivery to my city of Colorado Springs using Keyboard Carriers. Working with Brittany Caruso, the whole process was flawless. My piano arrived at Keyboard Carriers in perfect condition and after a short wait they were able to deliver to my home. This was an experience that I would do again and I highly recommend working with the Caruso family. Thank you, CPG!
