I have received numerous calls from your firm and have provided the correct contact information for the person that makes the decisions for this company. However, the representative stated today that she did not see the correct contact number on the profile and requested the number again. I'm not sure if your employees get paid by how many times they call a company or what? It's my thought that if they seriously wanted to do business with our firm they would have contacted the correct person by now. Your representative was unprofessional and rude. As a media company I think you would want to know how your representatives are representing your company and as well your special vendors.

I tried a couple of paid search companies, and after struggling with language barriers and the fact that I'd never speak to the same person twice, I'd given up and just kind of went on Auto-Pilot myself. Enter Direct Placement, which at first I thought was just another company claiming to be my "Google Representative". They must've said something right, because instead of hanging up on them (which is what I normally do) I gave them a shot. That was a year and a half ago and I couldn't be happier. They. Are. Awesome!! They charge a small fee on top of your expenditures with the search engines, and REALLY appear to pay attention to my business. I get detailed monthly reports on traffic and conversions, along with a description of actions they took on my behalf and suggestions for improvement. Communication is easy. Cost is reasonable, particularly when you're able to compare it to sales! As for the few negative reviews about this company, Looks like they were a few years ago - maybe due to overly aggressive sales people? Not sure. All I know is I am confident they are doing right by me.

During our first meeting, they stressed the importance of a strong brand, then once your brand looks great online, then its time to run ads. I have tried PPC in the past, with not a lot of success. I would get sales, but it took a lot of money to get those sales. So after struggling for the better part of a year on my own, I decided to team up with Oregon Advertising. It was really nice that they were familiar with my industry. They really took my brand to the next level. Now when you look up my company online, it looks like a million bucks. So thankful to the entire team at Oregon Advertising. After branding my business all over the internet, they came up with some creative ads to run. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!…read more PI Services LLC is a HORRIBLE company. Megan and Mark are extremely unprofessional, have no sense of urgency, and will THREATEN you when THEY make mistakes. I paid and sent in my request to have them serve someone on 11/17/2023. Megan didn't even start to work on my file until 03/19/2024, and was finally wrapped up 04/03/2024, almost five months from my initial payment. Throughout this period, Megan missed MULTIPLE of my emails, and I had to always be the one to initiate the follow ups for new information. They then price gouged me without informing me what the payments were for, and requested yet another $40, but not until 06/07/2024. AFTER 7 MONTHS. Mark messaged me directly about this amount, and I attempted to work with them, and see if they would waive this fee, as there was another services I needed, and informed I would use them if they would work with me. Mark then ALSO missed my message, and then sent me a new message THREATENING me if I didn't pay even though he missed the email response I had already sent to him one month prior. While I do understand that the court system moves slowly, it should not have taken this amount of time for them to start the process I paid $340 for, and received such a disgusting amount of disrespect from. There are so many better companies that are out there, that will show you respect, and will actually do the work timely. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
