Smiles are abundant, and the waits are generally short. If there is a wait, you can Yelp with free wifi, so surf to your hearts content! As far as the phlebotomists I've encountered, they're top notch! I've never been too squeamish so it's never bothered me to have my blood drawn, but if you tend to be a bit nervous there's no need to be. Quick and easy, lickety split and you're done!

When I asked the angry nurse that called us back if the wait was normally as long she simply said "depends." I then waited 20 more minutes in a room after the baby was weighed, etc to be seen. The doctor had a pre rehearsed set of questions and he kept forgetting he had already asked me if she was in a rear-facing car seat. I didn't feel heard and the room was very shabby and in disrepair. The doctor seemed capable overall and I would give him a 7/10 but the nurses were all eye rolling and seemed to hate their lives. I would give the nurses 2/10. I decided to give the office one more shot today. I write this 40 minutes after I should've had my appointment begin. I am in the "pediatric well waiting room" surrounded by sick children coughing because nobody has been called since I got here. I'm not sure why I have my healthy newborn in a waiting room of sick kids pushing off her feeding time while I wait to see a doctor that ignores me. I will be finding a different pediatrician after this.

Every patient before and after me has been seen and I've asked repeatedly when will I be called and they told me I was next at 1:15pm since then I have been told that and continue to see ppl go in and out while I wait. I've know for a fact at least 3 other patients after me came in for the same purpose. To be very specific this is the breast center. I've asked if I should just reschedule and was told I'm next and it's now 2:12 and I'm still here with no answers.

This staff is empathetic, treated me kindly and dealt with my illness in a thorough and proper manner. I never felt like I was some leper at Community Immediate Care Munster. I met a number of people during my 2 day one night stay as I had multiple tests run. All of them were either good or great. I don't like going to the hospital, but when I do, I choose Community.

Lumbosacral root pain is unlike anything I've ever experienced. The ER staff were top notch and worked hard to relieve my pain and admitted me to find out the root of the problem. Every nurse, technician, assistant, doctor, specialist, etc. was attentive and helpful. It was a neurosurgeon who discovered that a screw in my lumbar area is touching my sciatic nerve. There is nothing to be done about it as it's too risky. However, we are going to do extensive rehabilitation to build the muscle around the area. It will help to manage the pain. More about that when I begin the sessions. So, if you're looking for attentive, knowledgeable, and expert care, this hospital is the place to go. I'm grateful for everyone who helped care for me.
