Specialties
We specialize in providing prompt, affordable, quality counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families in the Edmonton area. We offer support to clients struggling with mental health, trauma, relationships, or challenging life circumstances.
We practice from a relational perspective - we know that successful counselling depends on a trustworthy and comfortable therapeutic relationship. We also employ a strength-based perspective for we know that our clients bring a wealth of experience, skills and abilities - and that highlighting and building upon these is the key to creating lasting solutions! And we employ a trauma-informed perspective as we know that many people's personal difficulties are connected to a trauma history.
Our diverse team of counsellors work effectively with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, trauma, addictions, domestic violence, suicide prevention and bereavement, spiritual growth, relationship difficulties, and a wide variety of other client concerns. We strive to create a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore life issues and move toward healing.
Our therapists welcome the opportunity to work with people from all socioeconomic backgrounds, cultures, ages, religions/spiritualities, abilities, genders/identities and orientations. We are LGBTQ2S+ friendly.
We customize our approach to the client's needs, utilizing CBT, experiential, emotionally focused, hypnosis, visualization, mindfulness, and EMDR modalities.
