The anesthesiologist was great- made you feel less nervous. The nurse that took you back to surgery she was also great.. AFTER surgery- that unit should get a ONE STAR and that's being generous. My main nurse was OK- they just didn't seem very compassionate or empathetic to their patients. Some other nurse who wore different color (?) she was so rough with my leg that I just had a total knee replacement.. She kept grabbing my leg roughly, and then just dropping it too, not even being gentle with it- she did this until the minute she shut the car door (she had no bedside manners whatsoever) . The nurses in this unit are the loudest nurses I've ever heard as well - I've had a lot of surgeries & was mind blown by how loud everyone was just laughing away chitchatting- even the PT lady commented how loud the unit was! They wanted my ride to come as soon as I got out of surgery as well - yet I had several hours to go before they were gonna release me. Thank goodness I did not have to stay the night- I would never want to come back to this facility again or want my loved one to have a procedure here. Procedure was one week ago.

With cold, inattentive mannerism finally greeted me with no eye contact. She seems very annoyed with us/me anyway not a pleasant first impression. Quite surprisingly, all bad weather cleared up rather quickly. Greeted warmly by Elaine ( nurse / med assistant) , and we were checked and treated throughly by Dr Sandhu. Professional , thorough , and kind with full respect. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone if you don't mind by rude front desk .

It's never busy and there is not an excuse to not do your job. I went in on 12/23 extremely sick. Doctor Lily was great -very compassionate and caring. I was prescribed antibiotics and inhaler. Before I left I specifically asked the staff to confirm with me that my scripts were sent to the Walgreens location I provided. She assured me that everything was sent. Well it was not. Xmas eve and Xmas came the following days and I was screwed out of my meds until 12/26. When I called and asked for the reason the girl just said "oh well we didn't input your pharmacy information" meaning when I asked for confirmation the front staff was lying when they confirmed everything was set. Unacceptable 2 stars for doctor Lily. But overall Sorry excuse for an urgent care. Avoid.

They make sure you are comfortable from beginning to end. After scheduling they sent me a packet in the mail describing what I needed to do for prep, what to expect, and even provided the pills needed for the night before, although sadly they were crushed in the mail so I replaced them with some I already had in my medicine cabinet. That would be the only negative in the whole experience. They also have you sign in to their digital site to provide your history beforehand so no lengthy forms to fill out once you arrive. From the moment I came in to check in, everything went very quickly with no time waiting in between any of the steps. Dr. Gurm and her team were excellent. I would highly recommend her and this facility.

She takes the time to truly listen to parents concerns and also talks and values the conversation with her patients. The front desk staff is also nice and attentive. I have not had an issue scheduling a quick appointment when my children are sick. Sometimes it's a bit difficult to get through while calling, but, that's about it.

They also did an X-ray and found that I had pneumonia. The doctor was very helpful and did his very best to treat me. He gave me antibiotics, and I am forever grateful. This is especially important in a place like this, where patients are likely to be feeling on edge and unwell. Both times I've been here, my wait time has been very reasonable. The medical assistant and doctor were both easy to talk to and I really appreciated the doctor's calm and knowledgeable demeanor. One of my visits was for a moderately embarrassing issue and the doctor and MA helped me feel comfortable and I didn't feel any sort of judgement from either of them. My concerns were addressed both times I visited this urgent care and my issues were resolved. This isn't the closest UC to my house at all (I don't even live in this city!), but if time allows, I would absolutely choose this office again. And they are open an hour later than many other urgent cares!
