It's been two weeks with ZERO access to my $10,000 then they close my account FOR NO REASON and say they will MAIL me a cashier check in 7-10 DAYS!!! Over a month without my money is insane! I have been a customer of InterBank since 1998 when I moved to Stephenville. I got a bill in the…read moremail from a doctor's visit in 2021. I wanted to make sure I had not paid it. I went to InterBank today and asked if they could search my account and see if I had ever paid this certain amount to this doctor's office. They tell me that they can only search one year back and any farther than that you have to go through bank statements one by one. The "customer service" lady in the back was completely bothered that I was even there from the moment she "greeted" me. I told her that I could search in the program at my office for checks we had issued since we opened our doors. She told me "well I don't have your program." So be warned if you are a customer of InterBank and want to run a search for a past debit, they CANNOT do that for you. And will look at you like you are the problem, when in fact the software they are using for our banking is the problem.

Debit cards have been hacked and most recently bill pay online has failed with our mortgage company and electric company. We have stopped using bill pay due to the inconsistencies experienced. The latest, just yesterday, we noticed our mortgage payment scheduled fir payment on the 1st of every month was still not paid on June 3rd. We called and were told a third party handles bill pay and if a payment is due on the 1st of the month and that is a Saturday then payment should be received by the 8th!! With all the automation in automatic recurring payments, this is a joke. Consider paying another way other than their bill pay. Times have changed...
