The chat response was they couldn't help with anything except booking. My last try will be to send our complaint to another address with the same name though it appears to be a residential single family home. If no response I will contact VRBO with my serious complaint. I am a VRBO Premier Host in Florida and would be ashamed to rent a house in such poor condition.

Then they went ahead and took it all anyways. I was charged my "final" prorated rent at the beginning of the month. Now three weeks later even though the place has a new tenant I got hit with another $899 that I didn't pay? Even thought I had autopay set to "pay full amount". This company is a complete scam artist from top to bottom. They will lie to you time and time again. Makes sense I dealt with 5 different individuals in my short 16 months of living at the property because everyone probably quit due to realize how disgusting this company is ran.
