Why would you schedule outage during the daytime/work week? A lot of us work from home these days. I think they could find better time to service. Beyond the outages, our internet service has been extremely unreliable. When online the service cuts out to where we have to log/sign in to portals (work from home) 6-10 times throughout the day. The internet service is glitchy at best. My husband called and made an appointment to have a tech come out and address our issues. The day of the appointment they sent a text to me (see picture) on my phone. I responded C. I confirm. The text said they would be here shortly. With that information my husband went out front yard to wait for the tech. In the meantime, for an unknown reason they then called my husband's phone, inside his office so he didn't answer (cause he was outside waiting for them). Because he didn't answer they put our service call on hold and dismissed us because he didn't answer. But wait.... I already confirmed. Their automated system is a joke. We already confirmed to come. Now time taken off work was wasted because they will not be here like they said between 8 - 12. Now it's 8 - 8pm!!! I called again and the attitude I got was ridiculous! I asked for a supervisor and he didn't do any better. All they did was make excuses and defend themselves. Now the tech will be here between 3-4pm. Poor customer service. It's a monopoly as they are the only option. Good luck if you move here. You will pay to be mistreated. If I could leave them I would do so in a heartbeat. Almost $400 a month for cable and internet... that barely works and customer service redos that value themselves more than their customers. Hey customer service do you feel better? You won. That person cancelled the appointment, completely unknown to me. When I called to see where the service technician was, they informed me I had cancelled the appointment, which of course I hadn't done. They could not reschedule the appointment for the same day and only offered dates when I was out of town. Frustration!!!!!!!! I guess I'll just watch TV with no sound, which I was trying to get them to fix!

He did not want to put in effort to solve my issue. Also I would not recommend the inseego MiFi hot spot. It's sucks and crapped out on me 55 days into using it. They will not give you a new one even though it's defective. You will waste your time and money. What is also very disappointing is that T-Mobile's customer service (online and in store) seems to have gone down the toilet. I remember back in the day they were more customer centric. No longer. I am considering switching to Verizon, more expensive but worth it in the long run since your time will not be wasted.

I had looked on the My Verizon app about options regarding getting a new phone, and well, it was all Greek to me. As a result, I figured it'd be best to talk to a person and that I went ahead and did. Carlos ended up being my salesman. He was very personable. We even went to the same university. Go Gators! That said, he did his best to get me a new phone and save me money, which I heavily appreciate. I wound up upgrading to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max, and although it's a bit bigger than what I'm used to, I absolutely love it. The camera alone on this phone makes it worth it. Aside from the phone, bought a case and a charger and had my phone set up at the store. Everything was so remarkably efficient and simple. I hadn't stepped inside of a Verizon in a while, usually opting for upgrading online, so I truly didn't know what to expect, but hey, this was a great time. Sometimes the people factor alone is what makes it memorable. Given that, and the fact that I may or may not get an iPad in my future, I may or may not return and get it here. We will see. I'm still debating that one. What I can say is I had amazing customer service and would recommend this location to everyone. Oh, and one last bit - Carlos showed me you can FaceTime on an Android. Who knew? Mind blown.
