Don't bother to go here because the customer service is horrible! I really hate to rate this place…read moreso low because we have been here a couple of times before and received great customer service, but on Tuesday morning, July 23, 2019, we didn't receive anything except a hard time. "John", his name tag said he was the "Manager", was arguing with the customer inside the store when we entered. The customer was trying to get help with returning a phone that he no longer wanted and "John" kept telling him he could not help him; he would have to go online or call AT&T and speak to a customer service rep. What is "John", if he isn't a customer service rep? I whispered to my husband that we probably wouldn't receive any help from "John" either and, unfortunately, I was correct. "John" told us the exact same thing: "Go online or call AT&T and speak to a customer service rep". He kept telling my husband that he couldn't really help with anything because the Pampa store is small and they don't really do anything except sell telephones, etc. No problem! We don't allow rude people to disrupt our lives or ruin our day. We just jumped in our car and drove to Amarillo where we got the help we needed and had wonderful customer service. When I went to the AT&T website for this store and tried to post this review, I received two emails from AT&T stating they couldn't post my review because it didn't meet their guidelines. LOL I guess AT&T only posts "good" reviews and they don't really care about customer service? Thank you, YELP, for offering a place where I am able to post a TRUTHFUL review and not have my review censored.

Rude, argumentative, disrespectful and insulting. Real quick to tell you what they won't do and not big on doing what they can. Manager cares not. Just keep driving to Amarillo or figure out how to do it online. Don't go to the Pampa store.

Apparently that doesn't work and staying on the phone for over 45mins doesn't either and since there is no office in Pampa I guess I will have to see about another Internet provider for the senior lady.

I only missed 1 payment and the next bill wasn't even due yet!!!!!!!!!!! Only company I have EVER known to do this! Even after making payment arrangements!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After over an hour and a half of trying every different possible way of getting through their phone system to talk to a human being, all my calls were ended. Now I'm stuck paying an additional $12 to reconnect which I absolutely, positively, will not be doing. Me being a customer at sparklight has ended forever and ever. I will be calling around to get a new internet service provider today and sparklight can take their service and stick it. Also you will never EVER come close to their advertised speeds. Not even remotely close. I was lucky to get in the 130 mbps range. Yes, I have a network card that can handle way higher speeds. The problem is the advertised high speeds END at the coaxial cables making it absolutely impossible to get anywhere near the "up to" speeds they advertise. Don't expect to have much more speed than me. Bottom line is between the false speed advertisement and them not honoring a payment arrangement, to grab that extra 12 bucks from me, I'd recommend going with another ISP, like I'm about to do.

Port gets replaced and now battery needs replacement. Says that if they keep finding things wrong with the Ipad I can apply credit to purchase of new or used one. I get told that the replacement under Apple warranty was a refurb and told they are terrible (red flag) either i should have expected that more would be wrong or .... needless to say I agreed to $377.79 for battery and get call that a $15 part needs to be replaced but they will "cover" the cost. I have been impressed with the transparency (they emphasis many times they cannot know what is wrong and if more they will give credit towards a refurb or a new one and both come with a lifetime warranty for repair if it goes wrong. Wife picks it up and when I log into it screen looks like it is wrinkled. Enough is enough he prices a replacement (refurb $1200+ dollars including my credit) I can buy a new one for $800 at Sams. I should have asked what the selling price was (remember they were transparent) but the reality is i can buy 2 new ones for the price of a refurb (1200 + what I spent $485=$1685. I asked why he didn't tell me the price (I should have asked) He then lectures me that mom and pops have to mark items up from retail (for new they buy at retail prices??? And I should know that's what all mom and pop stores do) and they have to charge for the warranty. On refurb they must be making 300%+. Feels like bait and switch. Buyer beware.
