With my scary experience with my son at another clinic just up the street, I swore I would never go back to that clinic. Even though the other clinic is rarely busy and I am in and out within a half hour I won't return to that other clinic. The doctor at that other clinic seriously jeopardized my sons health by misdiagnosing him and not treating him with medicine. These doctors are thorough and they care. Especially when it comes to children they are very thoughtful and concerned for their health.

And even though we find one, we believe it's still hard to book an appointment. This clinic is open 6 days a week, and it's just right behind a church. The parking spots are limited, but still can do street side parking. There are 2 people at the front desk, they were friendly. The waiting time was not that long, about 15-20 mins. The pediatric doctors were really experienced, and they explained the issues and gave detailed instructions of the meds, also answered my questions patiently, even though there were more kids waiting. The pharmacy is connected to the doctor's computer, doctor sent the prescription right to the pharmacy, we picked up meds right after step out the checking room. It's fast and convenient. The pharmacist would explained the meds again as other pharmacists do. This clinic is located at the downtown of Richmond Hill. Easy to get to. We had a great experience in here.

I have been coming to the Adelaide Clinic for 15+ years. I am also seen on time which is a rare thing in a doctor's office! The staff, doctors and practitioners here care about their patients. Reagan - for a massage that is out of this world, especially if you like deep tissue vs "light and fluffy". Jumy - for TCM, helped me address some issues through acupuncture and other treatments, which I use as an integral part of my health care. Last but not least, Dr. Lee has been my chiropractor for over 15 years, and he is the reason I first came to the clinic. In that time I have sent my husband, my mother with spinal issues, my grandmother and several other family members to see him. Dr. Lee focuses on the root cause of the problem, never just an "adjustment and done". Over the years, he has helped me recover from a knee injury, repetitive strain in arms and shoulders, back pain. He has also helped me be more aware of my body alignment and areas to strengthen, which keeps me out of his office, rather than in! To support his patients, Dr. Lee is always striving to further his knowledge and techniques, to work in partnership with other health care providers even when they are outside of his clinic, and genuinely cares for his patients and their well being and experience. I gladly continue to come to the Adelaide Clinic as partner in my health care.
