I had a medical issue 3 months back that began with a visit to the medical centre which was actually my first visit. The medical issue turned out to be an emergency and Dr. El-Batnigi and staff were very comforting and providing me with the professional care I needed before heading to the hospital. Since that visit I have been back a few more times for a check up and to refill my prescriptions at the very efficient well run on site pharmacy. In addition to the on site pharmacy they also have an on site lab to get your blood tests done. It is a very clean and organized well run clinic and family practice. If you reside in the Vaughan area and looking for a great convenient walk in clinic or looking for a new family Doctor I would definitely recommend paying a visit.

And even though we find one, we believe it's still hard to book an appointment. This clinic is open 6 days a week, and it's just right behind a church. The parking spots are limited, but still can do street side parking. There are 2 people at the front desk, they were friendly. The waiting time was not that long, about 15-20 mins. The pediatric doctors were really experienced, and they explained the issues and gave detailed instructions of the meds, also answered my questions patiently, even though there were more kids waiting. The pharmacy is connected to the doctor's computer, doctor sent the prescription right to the pharmacy, we picked up meds right after step out the checking room. It's fast and convenient. The pharmacist would explained the meds again as other pharmacists do. This clinic is located at the downtown of Richmond Hill. Easy to get to. We had a great experience in here.

Those virtues result in many patients - she's usually quite busy. However, I will alway recommend her services! The location itself has excellent and friendly staff.. She went above and beyond, calling my specialists office through the week to help me get some documents. She also called me to notify me that she has received the documents and to give me the options for going forward - all without my having to follow up. Also - thanks to all the staff. Unlike other walk-in clinics I've visited in the past, the wait time at All About Health is for 90% of the time, less than 10 - 15 minutes. The physicians are all very approachable and are willing to spend time to hear you out rather than trying to rush you out the door. Overall, I highly recommend as they are open 7 days a week and hours are very suitable to those who work 9 - 5 so you can make an appointment without having to take time off work.

The secretary told me we aren't taking any more patients today. So I asked if the waiting room was full, and she said no it's empty. So I asked if they could please take us and that we could be there in 5 minutes. We arrived 10 minutes later to clinic that was open but had no doctor. She knew we were on our way, took my name and left right after 5 minutes instead of waiting. First of all, the clinic is open until 7! How dare you turn patients away as of 6:30 and then actually LEAVE before closing time. I am so disgusted by what happened this evening. Then the secretaries tried to tell me that I was 20 min late which was a LIE! Absolutely awful service on all counts. You should all be ashamed of yourselves and equally embarrassed. You have taken an oath to care and serve people; shame on you all. I will never step foot in this clinic again and highly recommended no one else does either. How can the doctor leave before closing time?! And when you have promised to wait on a patient who you know is on the way. Atrocious. Not to mention the attitude that we were met with as I held my 18 month old baby waiting to be seen. I have never been so disgusted by a clinic.
