They seem very stressed out and when you go there it seems quite disorganized. Dealing with them can be a nightmare I saw a specialist for an abdomen pain. The specialist send the report back to Family Care Center. The specialist and the Family Care Center seemed to both want to have the other explain the issue to me. I'm not a doctor, I don't have a clue what the very formal medical report means. I had to really push both parties to get an answer. The practice is not very proactive in getting you to come back. My dentist sends me cards, calls me up when I'm a day late for my 6 month cleaning. Family Care left me a random voicemail that I hadn't had a physical for two years (I was actually impressed- first time they did this ever).
