The creek walk is nice because there is a lot of trees along the walk which allows shade. The walk…read morealso has different elements that you can enjoy such as the water the runs in different spots along the walk. I have enjoyed reading the history facts and all of the nature information that is posted along the trail. It's nice because some days you can walk by and find a concert, or a band playing live music or you can see someone paddling along Onondaga lake in a paddle boat.

I am a recent college grad currently in grad school at LeMoyne College and I share a 2 bedroom suite with 2 other roommates. To split this apartment 3 ways is honestly the best deal around for all the amenities Creekwalk has to offer! I love that it is furnished because I didn't have any bedroom furniture after graduating college. I also really love the fact that everything is included! Although the garage is not affiliated with Creekwalk I was really set on living somewhere that had access to a closed garage because of the horrible Syracuse winters. It is conveniently connected to the building by an overpass. The open floor plans and large windows are very attractive as well as the up to date kitchen appliances. I also really like that there is a trash room on every floor so I don't have to go out to a dumpster. The gym is a nice amenity. Creekwalk is in such a convenient location, right off 690 and just about a block away from Armory Square...It's great to be able to walk to the bars and restaurants! The only complaint I have about the building is that with the high ceilings there isn't much of a sound barrier between apartments. I'm not sure if I just have noisy neighbors but I unfortunately often can hear their music and sometimes their TV.... Otherwise the building is perfect for a busy grad student or young professional! The building manager Brad is super easy to work with and really wants to help you out in anyway he can. Overall I am very pleased with my experience here and will be resigning my lease for another 12 months!

I have wall to wall hw flooring, new appliances, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and toilet. It's very spacious as well. I have a plenty of closet space and I my desk and living fits comfortably in my apartment as well. I don't feel crammed as oppose to other apartments. It's a quiet atmosphere as well. They are very pet friendly which I really appreciate since I have a dog. Darn near the ENTIRE staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I had an emergency and I needed someone to watch my dog and Steph, Lisa, Debbie and Crystal all took turns watching him! Out of all my years of renting, I've never had an apartment staff be so willing to assist. That speaks volumes to their dedication to their tenants. They also have security on site in from evening to sun up on the weekdays and 24hrs on the weekends. Ms. April and crew are awesome. There's a gym and laundry facility on site as well. It's close proximity to the SU campus. In fact we see the carrier dome from our window. It's just a short walk to nearby eateries and entertainment. It's a 5 minute or less drive to Armory Square. Overall, I really enjoy this place and I recommend potential renters to check it out. The little things add up and it's been a good experience for me living here so far!

No notifications or emails or anything to let us know they are still trying to fix it or not. They had signs out but have removed all of them. It looks like they have just let us live here with no hot water indefinitely since I have no reason to believe otherwise given that they have not updated us on any attempts for repair anymore. They removed the signs ironically right before the big wave of apartment viewings started for the next school year. Trying to hide their problems. Do not rent here.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My boyfriend and I inquired about an apartment, we were told…read morethe price and that our credit need to be good. No 3x income requirement, our current jobs is okay and more. Once we apply we need 3x monthly rent, our current jobs wasn't enough because we were only there a few months, then we have to find a job in the city near this place, and more. I felt like we were given the run around we had met all requirements prior to signing a application but yet was given more obstacles. Honestly felt like the manager just didn't want us to live there.

This apartment is a 60s-style apartment in the historic Hawley-Green district (known to be…read moreLGBT-friendly). It's a great option if you want to live close enough to downtown without paying the high prices of a downtown spot. Mention my name if you decide on getting an apartment here! The staff may have discounts for you! Don't look over this place! This place is a 15minute walk to downtown and Clinton Square. It is very peaceful and close to downtown. Across the street is a Korean restaurant. A 1-bedroom (non-updated) is $930 a month. This is a great deal because the space is huge! A one bedroom here is almost 1,000 square feet and there is a ton of closet space (one hallway closet, one entrance closet, one walk-in closet in the bedroom and a non-walk-in closet in the bedroom AKA his/hers). The living room is huge and the master bedroom is more than enough space for a king sized bed with a couch. What you won't find out about this place online is that this place has amazing views of the city! If you face south, you will see views of the sunset and the Dome/city. If you face north, you'll see views of the sunrise and the lake. The higher the floor, the more amazing the views become. At night, you can see the city sparkle. On top of the great price, utilities are FREE. This includes cable TV, electricity (heat, AC), gas, and water. All the kitchens also have gas stoves. All the units have enclosed balconies (with some charming brick) that help keep the heat in but also make beautiful spots to lounge-in during the summer. One of the best parts about this place is that you can get guaranteed indoor heated garage parking. It's $55/car for self-park or a little more if you want valet-parking (where an attendant parks your car for you). This place has a lot of older folks so it's very peaceful. The walls are thick and made of steel so you do not hear your neighbors. Each floor has it's own laundry machine and floor tenants are assigned 3-hour slots twice a week (you get to pick which slot you want) so no one can hog the machine during your time. If you don't want to do that, there is also a laundry room in the basement open 24-7 for anyone. There is also a free gym downstairs, a hair salon (appointments only) and an Italian restaurant attached to the downstairs lobby area of this place. There is a 24/7 doorman and staff. Your packages are safe here when delivered and guests need to be seen by the doorman before they are allowed to enter the building (they give you a call and confirm if you want them let in). It makes it feel super safe. This place is quirky because each unit looks a little different. You can get carpet or parque wood flooring depending on your liking. Some units are updated (and will cost more) and have a different layout. Staff here are super friendly. They even have a grocery delivery bus that comes twice a week that takes you to the grocery store. They even have a car-washing service in the heated garage. The heated garage is attached to the basement so you never have to bare the harsh winter to go in and out of your unit and carry-in groceries. They even have roller grocery carts you can borrow to bring stuff from your car to your unit. Each floor also has a recycling room and trash chute so you don't have to go far to throw away trash. They also allow cats/dogs (additional fee). Each floor also has a mail chute so you can send envelops/mail without having to go downstairs to the mailbox. Repairmen are also super friendly and prompt about fixing things. The kitchen has a cool pegboard where you can hang stuff (Julia Child style!). They have a vending machine downstairs too so you can get midnight snacks/drinks. They also have a give-a-book-take-a-book shelf where people can peruse and take others' unwanted books.
