So let me first say I come to this place all the time I board my horses in the area so out of all…read morethe shops I've grown to like this one today the Guys that usually runs the place there amazing and always so nice . Today I came in there n there was this hateful Caucasian lady (white) older that as soon as I walked In greeted me with they just gave somebody a ticket for 500 dollars for parking there (I was running in and out) she was nasty VERY cool so I moved my truck came n the store and was still nasty acted as if I was bothering her by needing a minute to see what I wanted to SPEND my money on . Lol now as I'm standing there a white man parks his truck in the same exact spot he comes in she's all of sudden very nice even called him buddy didn't mention a thing to him about moving nothing was very pleasant it was obvious , honestly it was sooo obvious it took everything in me not to pull my phone out n record her. When I asked for a minute she shooed her hand at me . I've never had an issue ever at this place I've probably spend 1000 dollars in this place . I turnt to walk out as I'm walking I'm saying to myself I'm not spending my money in here n she yells what did u say I'm not sure if she was high because she looks to be on drugs but she def was racist n I will be back for the owner or manager because this pissed me off . Again she had a attitude from the start if I would have showed my ass like they expect us to act I would have been wrong she's the type that would provoke or go as far as calling someone the n word.!

I have been to this location 3x, but am usually a regular of the Cornelius location (which I have…read morenothing but GREAT things to say about that location & thr employees there) there is a female, black employee who I've seen each of the 3x I have been in, & she is so rude everytime. First time I tried benefits of the doubt, probably a rough day. 2nd time I didn't get where the attitude came from as I just walked in the door & was the only customer. She is impatient, acting like the 5 minutes I spend looking over products to decide is so aggravating to her. This 3rd time I wasn't excited to walk in & see her because the 2 previous experiences with her have sucked. 12:30pm, I am the only customer inside. No greeting, so I nervously try to make conversation about the car in thr parking lot (with a bumper sticker I recognized on my own car) She has an attitude & then a (I am assuming supervisor) came out from the back, very positive, very happy & cheery, clearly happy to be engaging with customers. (He had a curled mustache!) While I am checking out & talking to the fellow- the woman interrupts me while I am mid sent an d, talking to the man- butting in to say "Let me see your ID". There is no customer behind me waiting, there is nothing to rush except SHE wants to rush me & rush my pleasant conversation with her boss/coworker. She could have waited the 20 seconds for us to finish our conversation. She's rude, she's not friendly, & it's obvious this is just how her customer service works. I absolutely WILL NOT go back to this location, she is impatient, rude, & will make you feel like you're bothering them- simply for doing their job & buying products from this location. Thankfully I am not local to Kannapolis so I for sure will never be back to this location- I would rather go or drive anywhere else than be in that nasty woman's energy or presence again. Save your time & money- the customer service here does not deserve the money we work hard for & to spend.

I almost always find what I'm looking for at Infinity's and if I can't find it at one location, they usually have what I need at one of their other stores. My second favorite location is off South Blvd from when I lived on that side of town. Yesterday I stopped by the University location after visiting two smaller smoke shops that didn't have what I was looking for. (In fairness, one of them did but not the color I wanted.) Of course I found it at Infinity's; I reminded myself, "You should have just come here first." Besides having the largest selection of any and everything, the staff is always the most chill and friendly and knowledgeable. Soon as I told them what I wanted, Derek immediately helped me. He was awesome, even checking to see if they had the color I was looking for (they did!) and going above and beyond to explain the lifetime guarantee etc. It never felt like a pressured sales pitch. Plus, kudos for asking how much I was willing to spend. Infinity's people almost always ask because they know customers are on different budgets. While you can't go wrong with anyone working there, after yesterday I especially recommend Derek. Seriously go see him when he's there! In my experience, though, everyone is fantastic at all three shops.
