Whoever answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. He indicated that it would usually take 30-45 minutes to complete the service. So I figured I'd take it in the following morning when they opened at 8am and wait for the service to be completed. I've had good auto service and tire shop experiences before but nothing like this! First, as I was pulling in to the parking space one of the service techs greeted me at the car and asked how they could help me today. I thought this might have been just a coincidence of the exact time I pulled in or something but as I waited in the Lobby I watched another customer arrive and was handled the exact same way. Now that IS 5 star customer service! The lobby is clean and even has a window counter with stools and USB charging ports for customers that are waiting. The service was completed quickly, probably less then 30 minutes. It included a visual inspection report for tires, brakes, alignment and suspension. A true 5 star experience. My nieces husband handled the original transaction on the new tires which I assume went similarly since he recommended this tire shop. What I can say for sure is that the price was competitive. The added value of having a tire shop very close to my Moms home that doesn't make me cringe at the thought going there is priceless.

I was traveling through Mountain Home area from Louisiana when a fuel line started leaking on my…read more2012 F250 diesel a little before 8 am. I was able to drive it to this shop. A mechanic on duty informed me that he had a used line on on an old motor. He pulled the line off of the old motor but said his boss wouldn't let him work on my truck until he finished a "locals" truck and then that would be a maybe so. I asked if I could buy the line and change it myself. The owner then stated that he wasn't sure he wanted to sell the line. I called the FORD dealership and they got me one out of Boise by 2:30 in the afternoon. I ended up changing it myself in a parking lot but the owner could have saved me a lot of time and could have replaced the line with a new one the next day knowing he wouldn't need that line. If FORD hadn't had the means to get me a line in 6 1/2 hours, this man would have had me sit for an extra day because he didn't want to sell someone 1,800 miles from home a used fuel line. The mechanic and receptionist are great and really tried to help.

The bus ride to Las Vegas was long, but the excitement made it worth it. The way home was a whole different story. The whole plan was to go to this afternoon game and ride the bus home so everyone could sleep and go to work Monday. As a responsible adult, I assumed the driver would make sure to be rested up and ready to drive all night but boy was I wrong. He decided to attend the game with the kids. When the game was over and they finally gathered everyone up and walked to the bus they waited for the driver for quite a while to open the bus. Once inside they quickly realized it was 109 degrees and all the boys were sweltering and stripping off all their clothes. Things were only made worse when the driver had to stop to gas up the bus and they ended up leaving Las Vegas 2 hours after the game was over. Things were going ok once they finally got going, and then they had to stop again for dinner. After dinner all the kids decided to try to sleep, but none of the adults could because the driver kept commenting on how tired he was and how he needed people to talk to him to keep him away. This compounded with the fact he was weaving between lanes, constantly hitting the rumble strip and driving so close to a cement wall that women were literally screaming. He just laughed and told stories about when he almost DID kill people. So unprofessional! This trip was a nightmare and I'm shocked they ended up home in one piece- at 3 am. Would never let anyone in my family travel with this company again.
