Mike Y went above and beyond with the clean out of the home and property. He worked closely with my realtor by meeting her at the property when I was unable to, due to work restraints. His bid for the project was to remove 12 years of hoarding. They did exactly what I needed them to. I asked if another technician could come out today or tomorrow. I was informed they only have one technician. This is ridiculous! Then they could reschedule for Friday, and waive the service fee. No ma'am. Not to mention I had to tell them they could not use my water. I was told they would bring their own water tank. I'm supposed to pay for carpet cleaning with my own water. Unacceptable! We cancelled service, after spending hours waiting, and called another company for service. We will not be using Zerorez in the future.
