The company provided a timely and accurate estimate, sent us a photo of the technician who would perform the work, and then allowed us to inspect and approve the work before settling with them on the bill--all done effortlessly, which is a plus. We heartily recommend Floorpro for any hardwood work. They also do carpeting--and do it well if the hardwood flooring experience is any indication. Give them a call--ask for Larry. He took the time to walk us through the process while giving the estimate, advised us on quarter-rounds (the little moldings where the floor meets the walls), and other options for us to select from. He valued our input but also did not hesitate to suggest other (better?) options where we were uncertain. He made the process simple and effortless for us.
