This year my desktop totally crashed. I called them and it was not possible to fix. They were my first stop when we got here for the summer. Bought a new tiny computer with more speed, power and memory than I have ever owned. Very reasonable price. My Microsoft office software was free since they still had information on it. They found and transferred my "lost" information for very little payment and will help me with the rest of my adds remotely. They are amazing and I suggest you use them where ever you are.
