When someone gets in, it…read morewiggles like a water bed, I've almost fallen out of it, my elderly mother has fallen out of it. We've tried to reach out about it, but the boss has said he's been home sick & so we couldn't talk to him. Last Weekend or previous last weekend, my dad went to the store, they called the representative regarding the beds, they said they would of been out that week, week before the snow storm: January 12th to 18th, no one has called, no one has come out, it is now January 29th and no replies. I think he is making sure he waits us out, so he doesn't have to cover the replacement. I would expect this attitude and way of corrupt business in the big cities to the West or East, not here in Western Kansas.
