In 2019 my MIL ordered 11 new windows and a repair to her metal roof. The day the windows were…read moredelivered the men got into an argument over who knows what and left without properly securing them, resulting in wind blowing them over and breaking a large picture one. 10 of the windows were measured wrong. The installer framed the windows with the old rotten wood instead of replacing it. As for the roof they never repaired it. Every time we get a good rain it drips in her office. For the record they were not the original roofers. Prior to windows arrival she had them install two identical screen doors both were incorrectly installed and one was double the price of the other. She has reached out previously and gets the same old run around.; we'll be there Monday. So far Monday hasn't come.

I also asked him to fix the converter and instead he tried to sell me a new unit worth 10k stating I needed a bigger wood burning stove to heat my house. He barely cleaned the chimney and left by it made sure he left all the information on new units instead of fixing anything. he then proceeded to call and text me asking to be paid when he never sent a bill. he finally sent one bill then still hounded me for a check not even two days after I got the bill. he said that's how he does business, he doesn't usually send a bill but expects to be paid right away then will harass you and threaten to get a lawyer involved until he gets paid. I told him he can use the mail to correspond with me and to never message me again. Since then he has blocked me on Facebook to assure my reviews are not seen.
