My son now loves going too and it's perfect for his using the free weight area. What keeps me going to this gym and keeps me working out: 1. Easy no appt or class time necessary... just jump in 2. The fun tabata-style circuit is changed out daily and focuses on different body types 3. It's an all-level workout so you make it as challenging as you want and let's face it some days I don't feel like doing it but that brings me to this next... 4. It's only 30 ish minutes! You DO have the time and it feels great to workout even on those days that are tough 5. Last but not least Adam has a vast amount of knowledge and is a trainer so he or a team member will show you how to do the exercises properly or how to modify if you have an injury. 6. Actually I lied and one more :-) This is a locally owned gym in Allen so I'm happy to show support and EVERY time I walk in they greet me by name and are all so incredibly friendly. I haven't worked out in a while and was nervous about joining a gym that would be too intense. I appreciate that the workout here is 30min. It really worked me, and I could do it! I have knee pain, and the coach made sure to help me with modifications so I could still work out, but not hurt my knee. The staff is very friendly and helpful! You go through all the stations, and each one has a video for you to follow. Very little thinking is required. Top notch for me personally. I haven't had to use it yet, but there is a key fob system that allows members to come workout during non-staffed hours. Firmly team no kids, but they also have a little kids area to sit your kiddo. I know this is unusual as my sister complains often about not being able to workout at a gym. My only wish is if they had a sauna but it's not enough of a want for me to not go. I'd much rather have personalized service. It was clean, friendly, and i had a great workout! I am excited for my membership, and highly recommend checking them out!

Def a no judgement zone! It's nice to see a range of athleticism from people who are "getting back into the swing of things" and people who are extremely fit. My favorite days are the weight/resistance days but after a cardio day I know it's what I need. I recommend this gym. Very clean too!

Signing up for classes was a breeze, and the waiver process was so simple it felt like I didn't even do anything. Immaculate. One of the coolest parts was the owner, Jackie. She hung around after class and actually took the time to talk with us, sharing the backstory of how the gym started, what the mission is, and how they built the community. They hit us with nine minutes of abs at the end, and I'm not gonna lie... the second they announced it, I considered walking out the door.
