They have everything you need for your health needs; they can handle laboratory procedures and diagnostic imaging so you don't need to go to a big hospital if you need to have a blood test or an ultrasound done. They have a pharmacy as well. The waiting areas are comfy enough, but if you don't feel like staying there, the best part in this clinic is that it's inside Alabang Town Center, so you can do your shopping while waiting for your check-up (just make sure that you inform the doctor's assistant or the staff assigned so they can contact you when it's already your turn).

This particular branch gets pretty full, because it's the only medical facility in Town Center. But the nurses are all very helpful, and in my experience I've never had a doctor that seemed to be rushing me just because they had a long queue or because they're ready to go home. Hubby and I used to go there for my monthly CBC (complete blood count) as required by my OB-GYN and my hematologist, my second ultrasound, and for my GTT (glucose tolerance test). We were like hanging out because the length of our visits would sometimes go beyond a couple of hours, waiting for my turn. Though I have an HMO card, courtesy of my husband, the prescribed tests were not covered because they are pregnancy-related. If I were to sum it all, these tests are not pocket-friendly but they are mandatory to ensure my good health and that of my baby. Being a budget-conscious kind of a woman, I decided to have my tests elsewhere. Somewhere that we can save but the tests and their results would not be compromised. HP Plus clearly fits the bill. I used to bring my Mom to that same facility for her gastro exam and we were completely satisfied with how her test was conducted and how the results were delivered. HP Plus Alabang would almost always be filled with patients. It's a good thing that this branch has been renovated to accommodate more people and to make waiting time more comfortable. The staff are very courteous, helpful, and patient in dealing with guests of varying temper. Sally is my favorite. She is one of the medical technologists and you would often see her at the reception counter. Depending on the type of test, results are promptly provided and may be accessed and downloaded from their website. It was one of the things I loved about HP Plus. I do not have to claim a copy of my test results at the center just so I could show something to my doctors. All I had to do was to present the PDFs saved on my iPad. Pretty convenient, isn't it? Patient's parking - or should I say the lack of. There are a lot of parking for the doctors but the patients have to contend for theirs. 2. Replace old equipment i.e. wheelchairs that poke through to your bottom, beds that are hard to adjust, hallway seats that are too wobbly, the lack of remotes for the a/c or tv, etc. 3. Some nurses need to learn how to perform their job properly. They also need a serious attitude adjustment. If the doctors can be nice, they can too. 4. The process for discharging a patient is broken. It shouldn't take five hours from the time the doctor notifies the patient that they can go home to the actual time they're discharged. 5. It shouldn't be any business of the guards whether or not a patient is being discharged. If the nurses were doing their job properly, the guards wouldn't have to encroach on our privacy. 6. Lastly, a copy of the patients record during hospitalization should be provided upon discharge. A patient shouldn't have to ask, It should be automatic. On a lighter note, there are good doctors at this hospital. We made it a point to ask those doctors what other places do they have clinics at so we could avoid going back to this hospital and see them elsewhere.
