I wont recommend this hospital to anyone. My experience was really bad, aside from the facilities and the ambiance. I had to file a complaint regarding my payment, my husband used our checking account debit card to settle a payment, he was advised that the payment did not go through so he had to withdraw in the ATM and paid in cash. When I checked my bank account the next day, it did go through and was successfully deducted from our savings. I went the hassle to go back to the hospital just for this, showing them the details of the transaction online. They wouldnt acknowledge it and was asking for a complete SOA, so the next few days I sent them the file via email. Again, they said that according to their bank no payment has been transacted to my account. That, it didnt show in their statement. Now, they are asking for another document again. Like seriously? It was my money so why are they asking too many documents when all the necessary documents has been presented? Yes, it wasnt that big, but it is our money. Untill now, they have not resolved my complaint. Maybe, they are not planning after all to return my money. It was and is a horrible, I will never ever go back to that hospital again. read more
