The most concerning incident occurred last night when both laundry room wall cabinets failed after the backs separated from the cabinet boxes, causing them to completely fall of the wall. Thankfully no one was hurt, as this happened while we were asleep, but it was very alarming to see cabinetry fail in this manner. While we understand the occasional problems can happen with any project, the fact many issues have occurred across multiple areas of the home over time has left us very disappointed with the overall quality of work and material provided.
