He told us that making a change like this takes time to get used to and that he wanted us to be 100% sure we loved what we chose before moving forward. That really speaks to the kind of person and business owner he is--he cared much more about us being happy with the end result than rushing us into a decision. Once we decided to move forward, the entire process was just as wonderful. Every single person we interacted with--from the hardwood delivery to the hardwood installers, the carpet installer, and finally Ray coming back for the final inspection--was professional, efficient, respectful, and fantastic to work with. My dad has extremely high standards when it comes to work being done in our home, and even he could not have been happier with the quality of the work and how smoothly everything went! Our upstairs looks absolutely beautiful, and we are SO happy with how everything turned out. But beyond the beautiful floors, what really made the experience special was Ray himself. By the end of the project, we genuinely felt like he had become part of the family. He is just such a kind, trustworthy, genuine person, and you can tell how much pride he takes in his work and in taking care of his customers. Junior is an absolute godsend. All the faucet parts in my shower stall needed to be replaced. The…read moreplumber had to remove the tiles surrounding the old fixtures in order to put in the new pipe fittings. However, he couldn't put in the new faucet parts until new tiles were put in, which he didn't have the expertise to do. I had to find a good tile person ASAP. Thankfully, my search led me to Junior. He responded quickly and was at my house just a few days after I reached out to him. His skills and meticulous attention to detail are outstanding. On the day of the appointment, he arrived just after 9:00 a.m. and worked on the new tiles until late afternoon--literally all day. At one point he had to go out and buy more tiles, which he didn't charge me for. He returned early the next morning to put in caulking around the new tiles, which took him an additional four hours. I'm so grateful for Junior's thoroughness. As the attached photo shows, the new tiles look fabulous--absolute perfection! However, after years of ongoing issues, I feel their experience should be shared. This company completed our kitchen, fireplace built ins, laundry room cabinets, and one of our hall bathrooms. Unfortunately, every project has had some type of quality or workmanship issue. Especially when compared to another bathroom we later had remodeled by a different company, the difference in quality, attention to detail, and overall workmanship was very apparent. The most concerning incident occurred last night when both laundry room wall cabinets failed after the backs separated from the cabinet boxes, causing them to completely fall of the wall. Thankfully no one was hurt, as this happened while we were asleep, but it was very alarming to see cabinetry fail in this manner. While we understand the occasional problems can happen with any project, the fact many issues have occurred across multiple areas of the home over time has left us very disappointed with the overall quality of work and material provided. I take no pleasure in posting a negative review, but after repeated problems and significant frustration, I feel it is important for potential customer to be aware of our experience. Last year, I needed some repairs done to my condo, including some wall and flooring work when I had…read moreto replace old heating-A/C convectors. Weder and team did a wonderful job. They closed all the holes in the walls (no more air coming in) where the old convectors were located; they repaired the flooring so that it looked seamless; and they installed baseboards to mask the gaps left by the new convectors, which were a slightly different size than the previous ones. (The convectors were installed by a different company, so they coordinated with them nicely). They also installed a brand-new lighting fixture on the bedroom ceiling (lots of concrete drilling involved), hung a metal shelf in the bathroom, and closed all the holes in the kitchen left by the previous contractor when the kitchen was remodeled. No more mice! Wonderful service, punctual, and would happily call again for anything else I may need.
