Both visits was because it was during off hours hence my primary vet was closed. We were seen quickly and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I never felt rushed or stupid for asking questions. My most recent visit, I had to rush my dog in and they saw him right away. I had initially called as I was unsure if his behavior warranted a visit so they had me send a video clip to make sure and they did recommend him to be seen. During his stay, they called to update me on any happenings which thankfully there were none. At discharge, they supplied me with medication and a script to get a little more in case I couldn't get a quick follow up visit with my primary vet. Though it is pricey (each visit I opted for several hours of observation), I expected it but you aren't pressured to do anything. They will print out an estimate and breakdown of what and how much everything would cost. Then as the pawrent, you decide. They have a free private parking lot and 24 hour visiting hours or you can stay with your pet. There's always someone there so I felt confident my furbaby was safe.

Additionally, the vets at this location have gone above and beyond to accommodate our dog who is extremely nervous at the vet. The staff is friendly and was willing to work with our dog's needs. They have been easy to work with, have plenty of appointments available to work with your schedule, and the staff has made it easy to navigate such a stressful process.

The most recent experience was completely unacceptable. After their surgeries to be fixed, both dogs were sent home without cones a basic and necessary precaution after such a major procedure. Even more concerning, they were closed for an ENTIRE week immediately afterward, leaving no contact for questions or post-operative concerns. Who performs such a significant surgery and then becomes unreachable to their patients' families? To make matters worse, one of my dogs developed serious complications and nearly lost her life. I called, left messages, texted, and emailed, desperately trying to reach someone--only to receive no response. That level of unavailability and lack of follow-up is unprofessional and unacceptable.
