With the help of Zoe Alvarez, my Allstate agent, I was able to not only save on my auto policies but add renter's insurance too, all at a premium less than I had been paying previously for just auto insurance. I would highly recommend speaking with Zoe. She has not only saved me money on my insurance but has also been readily available whenever I have any sort of question regarding my policies, about other Allstate products , and once even helped me out to make sure that I was able to get roadside assistance! To me that kind of customer care definitely warrants 5 stars. Again i can only speak from my one on one experience with Zoe, but she truly exemplifies Allstate's motto of the client being "in Good Hands"

Tower is nimble at all their services and extremely proactive in making sure their clients get impeccable services through their vendors. Over the years, we have had a claim with our home, two claims with our cars and each time our loyal team at Tower intervened when needed to be sure all was going well with our processes and outcomes of the claims. I have been to their offices once after working with them over 20 years to meet them in person, (we live 3 hours away) and the minute you walk in you can tell they are a happy group of colleagues and that love what they do and how they do it. When I came in here, it was quick and organized. The office seems to be broken up into clear areas, so you know where to go for what you need. I had to get DMV tags done on my car and they helped me right away. I thought I might need a few extra things, but they walked me through it and made it simple. I waited maybe about seven minutes before being helped, which is not bad at all for DMV related stuff. I also noticed they do a lot with travel. I may come back and talk with them about a future trip and get more information on what they offer. Overall, it feels efficient and friendly every time I go in.
