I appreciated Paula scheduling a meet and greet before our trip to take notes and meet our cats. I loved the detailed notes that Caroline left for us on daily activities and notes on their behavior. She also texted photos of our kitties while we were away! We arrived home to cats that were relaxed and well behaved instead of stressed kitties that have missed us. It was obvious they had been well cared for, petted, and played with

We visited the veterinarian today for what we believed would be a routine appointment--3 standard…read morevaccinations and an allergy shot. Unfortunately, the visit quickly became one of the hardest we've experienced as Rescue pet parents. During the exam, we were given devastating news: our beloved rescuer pet (she rescued us) has a heart murmur. Hearing this was heartbreaking and overwhelming. We were then presented with estimates exceeding $3,000 for the recommended testing and follow-up care. While we understand the importance of proper diagnostics and treatment, the emotional weight of the news, combined with the financial reality, was incredibly difficult to process in that moment. Our pet has been part of our family for over six years. She is not "just a pet" to us--she is deeply loved, cherished, and woven into our daily lives. The thought of life without her is unimaginable, and we are committed to doing everything we can to keep her healthy and comfortable for as long as possible. Despite the emotional nature of the visit, the veterinary team Dr. Marissa Romagnuolo and Car the Vet tech were professional and thorough in explaining the findings and recommendations. This experience has been painful, but we appreciate the honesty and care shown during such a difficult moment. We are now navigating the next steps with heavy hearts but unwavering love for our girl. I was taking my senior cat to GCVC for 2 years, with the complaint of a hacking, non-productive,…read moreconvulsive cough. They did extensive tests to try to determine the source of the symptoms and found nothing in blood work, xrays and repeat visits, and could find nothing....after over $1000 worth of tests and nothing. SHAME ON ME for not getting a second opinion sooner, and now I could kick myself, because when I did, the new vet determined she actually had pneumonia!! My poor cat suffered needlessly because of a missed condition by GCVC. The new vet gave her a course of antibiotic therapy and within a week - THANK GOD - her chronic coughing spells disappeared and haven't returned. I'm so mad at myself but even more disappointed that GCVC , after several visits and A LOT OF MONEY, couldn't diagnose the pneumonia!!

If you disagree with them the staff/ Vet will write a medical note to cover their own ass loaded with misinformation. I had a hard time finding another vet because of what they wrote in a voice message left for me. Completely untrue. They are also much more expensive than other vets. I write this review with a heavy heart and I advise not to use them.
