However, for a minimum of $23, we expected a more developed and impactful drink. If we compare to establishments of a similar caliber such as The Cold Room and Bisou Bisou in Montréal, Le Bijou in Old Québec City or Jackalope and Apothecary in Ottawa, it did not compete. Considering they are one the only craft-cocktails bar in Mont-Tremblant, and in a fancy hotel such as the Fairmont, we were expecting and wanted more from the cocktails.

Really great place, friendly staff, solid menu and microbrew beer on tap!…read more This chain has gone through a revamp recently, this is the first time I went since the renovation. Nothing is the same, it's all sparkling new and well streamlined. The food is still really good at very low prices. The lunch menu is great and the service is fast and courteous.

Personally I think it's more a "guys night out" restaurant. I took a steak but it was a small peace but luckily there was a lot of fries, but a bit overwhelming. The dessert was really good, as specially the cookie and the ice cream on it. I took the brownie but it wasn't that good. It's not that cheap and the sandwich wasn't that great. In the sandwich there was salsa included, well this is the first time that I had so much onions in it. Im sure they put like 2 onions in it per sandwich and the bacon, the grossest thing I ever ate. It was cold*? anyways, not the best dinner i ever had.

Rest of the family was home cooking dinner so we were really just grabbing a beverage and an app to split. There was live music, had a very difficult time understanding what he was singing even though we knew the songs. Bartender was very chill and did a great job. Place was busy so reservations would be ideal rather than popping in. Second night the other half of my family came for dinner. We had an appetizer of buffalo cauliflower which was good. I enjoyed my shepherds pie, grandfather liked his fish & chips (which I seen a lot of people order the night before). My uncle had chicken wings while my cousin had chicken sandwich, both were pleased with their meals as well. I imagine there is a lot of traffic from the hotel in the same plaza. Parking can be very difficult later in the evening. One thing that aggravated me was the lack of care to keep a clean sidewalk free if ice and snow. I say this because my girlfriend is disabled and where the handicap parking spot is the ramp and the sidewalk leading to the main entrance was covered in snow. Not only that anyone who is elderly would have difficulties walking as well.

Wagyu, Vibes, and Soda Shock: A Memorable Après-Ski Experience!…read more Popped in for a quick bite and some après-ski vibes. We devoured wagyu burgers and fries that were so tasty, they made us rethink every other burger we've ever had. The music? Eclectic but fire. The service? As friendly as a golden retriever on a sunny day. Now, I get that in Canada they don't do refills like in the U.S., but we each managed to get one (because let's be real, salty fries demand soda). Spent nearly $50 CAD on drinks without a drop of alcohol - yeah, a little steep for just soda, but hey, the vibe made it worth it! Other than that, solid experience!

They had a guitarist perform live during our dinner on a Friday night. The owner of the restaurant is very friendly and down to earth. We had escargot and French onion soup as starters and both were phenomenal. It's nice to finally eat escargot that is not drenched in just butter. For our main entrees, we had the fish & chips and cedar plank maple glazed salmon with a homemade chimichurri. First of all, I'm huge on fish & chips, and I can say this place has one of the best I've had. The batter is perfect and the tartar sauce is homemade! You can taste the freshness. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Not overdone at all. The chimichurri sauce was really good too. We finished off with the crème brûlée, and that was probably my least favorite. It's not bad, but just mediocre. I highly recommend making reservations, especially on a weekend. It gets very busy!

This is a beautiful new restaurant in St. Sauveur. The old ornate large building it's in has been…read moretastefully restored and modernized, with a gorgeous large bar central to the space. The open kitchen is fully visible from the bar. The staff were all very professional, and while we try to speak French as much as we can, their English was great, so communicating was easy. We started with a couple of beautiful cocktails, and a snack of celeriac chips with a dipping sauce. Wow! I'd never had that before, and was surprised at how good they were. Then we each got the table d'hote which is a special being run in conjunction with a bunch of other restaurants in town. There were two items for starter, main, and one dessert, so we got one of each. The starters were a duck tartare, and mozzarella di bufala with roasted squash. Both were delicious. Our mains were a pork belly with zucchini, petal salad, cranberry gastrique sauce, and homemade pappardelle Bolognaise of tomato and beef short ribs ragout. Also both superb. Dessert was pain perdue (French toast) but not like you're thinking. Excellent! I think we've found a new favorite here in town. Highest recommendation.
