I've traveled a fair amount for work and am familiar with small town venues like Moses Lake. Overall, the hotel was fine but nothing to write home about. It has the functional things that you would expect, a bed, couch, tv, fridge, microwave. It's dated and on the rundown side, (moth?) holes in the blackout shades, mildew in the shower, hard water stains on the shower head, empty shampoo bottle in the shower, empty tissue box in the bathroom, smudged mirror, egregiously bright spotlights shining into the first floor windows, etc. I'm sure I could do worse but I could also do much better. It's a 2 star hotel. No more. No less. read more

Didn't feel super safe here. Bed was pretty comfortable and bedding was clean. All in all, not worth what I paid to stay here. Definitely do not recommend. read more

I am a fan of this Comfort Suites. We actually stayed here when we were in town for the Dave Matthews concert at the Gorge. *The staff is super friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. *Our room was super nice, we had a sofa, table, mini fridge, microwave, plenty of outlets (loved that), a nice large clean bathroom and a nice comfortable bed. *The thing I did notice was the room had a wall unit air conditioner, so if you sleep by the window and crank the air you may get cold, because the air works great! *Breakfast is included with your stay. There were plenty of options to choose from when we were there, plus you could make a waffle - bonus :-) If you are looking for a hotel near the Gorge, this is a great choice. It was probably a 20-30 minute drive at most. It is clean, comfortable and has a great staff. Just be prepared to pay the elevated rates during concert times... Overall, we would definitely stay here again I for our next trip. read more

This is a nice property and a good value. The rooms are very new and extremely clean. The beds are great. As a " road warrior " the little things become annoying. The TV has a very bad analog picture. In today's tech world how difficult is it to have a decent picture. On the Tech note, there is nowhere to plug your phone/iPad in for charging near the bed. The closest place is 10 feet away. Minor details I know, but why can't these be addressed in a new hotel like this. read more

My family and I (husband, 3 year old and 6 month old) stopped here just to stretch our legs and change a diaper. They were incredibly friendly when we went inside to use the restroom. They didn't have anywhere specific for me to change my daughters diaper, but didn't oppose to me doing it anywhere comfortable. I was beyond impressed by the phone call I overheard. The same gal, whom I would suspect is a manager, was calling to notify a guest of a found object. I took notice that it was a Kindle, or similar tablet. Housekeeping found it in the room. She was very careful to verify it did in fact belong to the previous guest. Should we ever stay in Moses Lake, we will be sure to patronize this property. I'm only giving 2 stars because there was nothing seriously wrong like bugs. But for how much we paid for I expect better. We spent one night here and the total cost was around $230+taxes/fees. The room had this wet dog sort of smell. (the do allow pets so not sure if that was part of the issue?) The whole room was very outdated. The shower was horrible. Just a few streams the lightest water pressure ever, more like drips. And it took me a minute or so to figure out that the handle must be in the blue area for hot water and the red area is for cold water... All in all, they need to do major updates or stop charging that much. read more

Stayed here driving back across the state after a football game in Pullman. It was easy to get to from Pullman, and the check-in staff was very friendly (even offered us cookies). Room was clean. The heater was turned up on high, so until we figured that out and how to control it, there were some miserable hours. Investigate this BEFORE you go to bed for the night. And, randomly, one of the bedside lamps was missing it's light bulb. Strange, but the desk was friendly about it. Breakfast had a large selection, but the eggs had green onion bits in them. I was personally not a fan, but my family loved it. I booked online, and the place charged me twice by accident. When I called to inquire about it, the staff was overly apologetic and made sure it all got taken care of correctly. This included an employee calling the manager and promptly returning my call. I've never dealt with a billing issue so smoothly. Very impressive!! read more

EXCELLENT hotel! You would be hard pressed to do better at this price and in this location. I had a King Suite and it was very large, roomy, clean and neat, with a great bed. Very nice decor of both the room and the entire hotel. It's as upscale as anything you would find in the city, at a significantly lower room rate. The staff were very friendly and polite as well. Plenty of choices for food nearby - from fast food (Burger King right across the street) to sit-down restaurants to coffee (Starbucks right there as well), gas stations, convenience stores, etc. And very quick access back onto the highway or into town. We recently stayed here after seeing a show at The Gorge. It's about 30 minutes away from the venue, but it was the closest hotel I could find that was not already booked or looked halfway decent. We really enjoyed our brief stay. The beds are extremely comfortable. Wished we had more time to sleep, but had to get up very early for our drive back to Sea-Tac. Hotel is very clean and does feel new. Folks working at the desk were extremely helpful and we really appreciated the free internet. I had no problems with connection. read more

I stayed in this hotel for about two weeks prior to a permanent resident. I think this a great hotel with convenient access to the highway, but still very clean and secure. They do have free internet connection, but it is rather slow. I love the indoor heated pool. I like the fact that there are nice coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. read more

I'm giving an adverse review because of the exterior lighting around the property. They have super bright spotlights shining directly at the front of the hotel. Their privacy shades have holes in them and do not close completely. So you feel like a day sleeper at night. The owners need to position the lights downward so they shine only on the parking lot. I have raised this issue on previous visits and the front desk staff seems frustrated because they hear this all the time. We have stayed there for the last time. There are now many options at this same location including a Marriott Fairfield and Holiday Inn Express that are brand new properties and not aged out like the Comfort Suites has become. read more

Stayed here on our journey across the country. VERY nice hotel! They had no problem with my cocker spaniel, I think I paid $25 pet fee. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Easy to find right off of the 90, room rate not too bad. Plenty of parking. The offered a free morning breakfast but we did not try it. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! We recently stayed at Comfort Inn in Moses Lake following an accident where my son fell 15 feet while hiking near our camp in Sun Lakes. My son broke both his fibula and tibia and required surgery. We were two hours from home and trying to figure out what we needed to do especially since our daughter and camping "stuff" was at Sun Lakes. We left the hospital and checked into Comfort Inn Suites in Moses Lake at 1:00 AM. We needed to get a call from the orthopedic surgeon and get a prescription filled,and didn't know when we would be able to check out. When I asked for a later check out, they extended our day until 6:00 PM and if we stayed later it would be at a discounted fee. We were able to talk to the doctor but then we had another challenge.... we needed to transport out son to our campsite about 45 minutes away and then home which was about 2 hours away. When I asked if we could purchase some pillows to prop up his leg, they offered us two blankets for free. The girl at the main desk and the two ladies from housekeeping that helped us were genuinely concerned for our son. I only wished I had gotten their names to thank them properly. It was such a blessing to have these people and service as we were realizing how easily this accident could have turned out so much worse. We were not treated as customers, we were treated as valuable people and are blessed by our experience there. We would highly recommend your hotel to everyone who passes through Moses Lake!! Recently I took a trip to Moses Lake and stayed at this Comfort Suites right off of I-90 in Moses Lake. I had kind of figured that with it's proximity to the highway and that it was decently cheap it'd be a bit on the worn down side. However, as it turns out this place looks like it's pretty new and well appointed. The bathroom had granite or some granite-like substance for the counters and the shower interior which looked pretty classy as well as somewhere in the neighborhood of a 31" flatscreen TV. There was a pool and hot tub which are open 24 hours. The complimentary continental breakfast is pretty typical. The location is convenient to I-90 and there are a cluster of fast food restaurants and services like you'd find at any highway pitstop area. read more

My husband and I were on our way to Pullman for my friends graduation and we came into some car problems. We decided to stay in Moses Lake but we had no idea which hotel to pick. When I made the phone call a nice girl that worked at the front desk helped us out and was very friendly. She told us what was available and gave us a room with a Jacuzzi tub in it. I'm glad we got it because it helped us after having a long day of troubles. Once we got into our room we were surprised how big the room was. There was so much space. The breakfast that was served was yummy. And everything about that place I really enjoyed. We most definitely will be coming back because of the service, friendliness and how big the room was we most definitely will be coming back because of the service, cleanliness, and how specious the room was. read more

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! I love most Comfort Suites anyway, but this one is wonderful. Loads of eating options nearby, including a Starbucks across the street. Fabulous bed and pillows and sheets. Decorated beautifully with all granite. TV was great, kind suite was spacious and wonderful. Staff was friendly. I think this is a fantastic hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very nice, and I like the idea of the TV having many channels to choose from. The WiFI is fast, free, and reliable. I think the only item that needs improving is the floors in the rooms need to be vacuumed better, including under the beds. I feel that the carpet has sand or debris from not a thorough enough job at vacuming. Overall though, this was a great hotel and I will stay here again on my next visit to moses lake. read more

We had a great night at the comfort suites motel in Moses Lake last night. The room was very clean, good beds & TV area, good breakfast and excellent coffee. They had plenty of space to walk the dog. The front desk also recommended a very nice restaurant. My only real complaint is the $25.00 for the dog & the room was too hot even though we had it set on 62 degrees. read more

Outta the 8 hotel chains we stayed at across the country this week this place by far exceeded our expectations Barb was super helpful. It's not easy traveling with kiddos a beta fish and two super sensitive English Bulldogs Barb really was the best concierge we have met. Our favorite place to stay in Moses Lake. We always ask for the Kitchenette Suit. It has a big bedroom that is separate from the living room and Kitchen. So great when traveling with the kiddos! Very helpful staff, 24 hour pool to get out energy after being in the car all day. Starbucks is across the street. read more

I travel often for business and experience hotels across the country. I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The Wi Fi was terrible which forced me to postpone my daily reports, the room was clean, rather worn and very over priced. The continental breakfast was below average, the coffee is actually instant that is machine dispensed. Fortunately there is a Starbucks close by with good wi fi service where i was able to get a good cup of coffee and get caught up on my contacts and reports from the night before. I travel to Moses lake on an average of 6 trips a year. I will never stay at this hotel again. Shop around there has to be a better alternative. read more

On 8/21/16, I stayed at Comfort Suites for the first time. While I appreciated that this older and well-constructed site provided for a quiet room, there were maintenance issues. The water pressure was the worst I've ever experienced in any hotel or motel.The bathroom fan, which I was told operates automatically, provided poor ventilation. Imagine taking a shower and being thrown into a tropical rainforest-like environment immediately afterwords, causing rivulets of sweat to become indistinguishable from shower water droplets. This was exacerbated by the poorly functioning cooling system. As a result of all of the above, I looked worse after taking a shower the morning I left than I did after being on the road for 10 hours. The room was dimly lit and missing a piece of artwork on the wall, though the studs remained. There were a few other issues, but those were my primary concerns. For $97 a night, I expected a better experience. read more

Saving grace. We originally checked in to a smaller, older but recently renovated hotel in Moses lake based on the great reviews I read online...... Wasn't at all what the reviews online stated to say the least. Needless to say, we checked in to the comfort suites shortly after and so glad that we did! The rooms are nice, hotel is nice, 24 hour pool and hot tub was a serious plus, the fitness room is small but equipment is new and in great condition! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the AC kept the room cooled, bring your own pillows though they are a bit on the small side. We have a large golden retriever that was welcomed to stay as well (only $25/ night pet fee) great little pet area to the right of the hotel with "potty bags" , a sink, and a large grass area for your pups! The free continental breakfast could use some minor renovations- pretty sure it's just microwaved food, BUT it is free so can't complain much right! The parking lot is large and well lit, and it's walking distance from a couple of fast food, gas stations, and a Starbucks for us basic folks who can't survive without coffee. If you have a chance try the "taco truck" across the street from lowes in the auto parking lot- GREAT food and it was so cheap! 3 stars based on my Seattle standard, but 5 stars for something in Moses lake! Nice hotel, but over priced. Have 2 Q beds, desk, dresser. A little extra space is next to 1/2 wall, small sofa & lamp. This is the highest we have ever paid for a similar room. $179.00 is entirely too much. Perhaps $119.00 would be a tolerable rate. There is nothing around to view, so that doesn't contribute to the high rate. read more

Definitely worth 5 stars. Everyone was so nice. We stayed here for the first time to take our child to the waterpark. The pool at the hotel is a great size and fun for the kids, as well. Nice complimentary breakast area with the standard breakfast. The room is very nice. We stayed on the 3rd floor, facing West. Very quiet. The counters are granite, and has a sofa in the room. I was looking for a hotel for the night of the Dave Matthews Band convert at the Gorge Amphitheater. I was calling around to find availability and rates. The Comfort Suites is the only place gouging customers. They seem to have almost doubled their room rates for this weekend. None of their competitors are doing this. Not only will I not be staying there, but I'll never stay at a Comfort Suites hotel if their policy is to jack up the rates to take advantage of their customers. If it was across the board, then perhaps there might be something to it, even if I don't like it. But I have called all around and the Comfort Suites is the only hotel that is taking advantage of their customers. read more
