Needed a place to crash while driving back to NC. Got a good deal on this hotel. Just under $80. Room comes with everything you expect. - Iron and ironing board - Soap, shampoo - Hair dryer - Coffee maker - Small refrigerator - Microwave - Desk The hotel also has breakfast and wi-fi included in the room costs, plus indoor pool and a workout room. It is actually pretty decent hotel for the price. The location is good, right off I40 for travelers. Safe location. Lots of restaurants in the area as well.

Five star review seems just right…read more This place goes way above expectations. Every category was wonderful for me; Customer service, cleanliness, location, even down to the coffee! (It's made fresh whenever you want it!) Checking in was a breeze. Coming in from a long hard day, Elle lead the endeavor seamlessly. I wish that every hotel check in was this easy. She really put a much needed positive outlook for my stay here in Lebanon. Maybe it's a new hotel, but it is so clean that I simply can not tell a difference. Honestly felt like I was the first guest to stay in the room I had. Victoria and Estefania did an amazing job with the room! I was expecting to be more road noise heard from my room since it's right next to the highway, but I really shouldn't have worried about anything. There is subtle road noise but coming from Atlanta, it was nothing. The tv in the room also pairs with your phone so it's super easy to stream music or shows or whatever you need to distract/disassociate from the outside world. I highly recommend this location. The staff made it that much better.

I found it to be modern and about as clean as you'd expect at this price point. I liked that housekeeping came daily and I liked the shampoo/conditioner that was provided. As others have mentioned, I found the motion-activated bathroom light to be a questionable and somewhat annoying choice. There is nothing quite as jarring as a beaming bathroom light at 2 am. The doors and walls are also quite thin. I was certain someone was entering my room at 7 am when the folks next door were messing with their door handle. Despite the shortcomings, I would probably stay again.

All of the staff members we encountered were delightful and tried hard to serve us well. The hotel and our room were clean and comfortable. The only thing we noticed was that the hall carpets were a bit worn, but I think that can be expected in a busy place. No big deal in my book, although it might need to be addressed soon. The breakfast service was excellent and we appreciated the variety offered each day. Not the same thing twice! As mentioned above, there WAS a hiccup with housekeeping services. We had asked for our room to be serviced after the second night, but it was done poorly. Whoever did it left a dirty washcloth on the shower floor, did not replace the towels, and did not make the bed. The hotel gave us a partial refund for this misstep.

Filthy Rooms, Mold, Wet Carpet, Rusted Equipment, and Terrible Customer Service…read more I've stayed at many Hilton properties over the years, and my recent experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Lebanon, Tennessee, was easily one of the worst. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member who travels frequently, I have a good understanding of Hilton's standards. This property fell short in nearly every category. The cleanliness and condition of the hotel were unacceptable. * Mold: There was visible mold, raising serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. * Wet carpet: The carpet was damp to the point that I felt I had to wear shoes at all times. Guests should not have to worry about walking barefoot in their hotel room. * Hair and filth: There was hair throughout the room, making it clear that proper cleaning had not taken place. * Terrible odor: The room had an unpleasant smell that made an already uncomfortable stay even worse. * Fitness center: The exercise equipment was extremely outdated, rusted, dirty, and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the fitness area was unsanitary and unacceptable. * Breakfast area: The breakfast area was filthy and poorly maintained. Basic cleanliness should not be something guests have to question while eating. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as bad. Before arriving, I called to inquire about a room upgrade, a benefit available to Hilton Honors Diamond members when eligible rooms are available. Rather than simply checking availability, the employee repeatedly questioned why I would want an upgrade. I've never experienced that kind of interaction at another Hilton property. It was uncomfortable, unnecessary, and unprofessional. Then, when I arrived to check in, I was initially refused the complimentary bottled water. The employee told me it was only for guests checking in. When I explained that I was checking in, he responded that he thought I had already been there earlier. I had not. I was literally standing there checking in. Something as simple as bottled water became another frustrating interaction. Even worse, hotel management has failed to respond. I contacted Hilton Guest Assistance about my experience. On October 14, I received confirmation that my concerns had been forwarded to hotel management and that I should hear back within three days. As of October 18, I have received no response. I checked out on October 16, and Hilton has already sent me a guest satisfaction survey. Apparently, collecting feedback is easier than addressing it. I'm including photographs with this review because I want prospective guests to see the conditions for themselves. These aren't minor cosmetic issues or unreasonable expectations. Clean rooms, dry carpets, sanitary common areas, maintained equipment, and respectful customer service are basic requirements of operating a hotel. I don't expect special treatment because I'm a Diamond member. I do expect the basic standards that every paying guest deserves. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking this property until significant improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, customer service, and management accountability. This was an unacceptable experience from beginning to end, and the complete lack of follow-up only reinforces my concerns about how this hotel is managed.

OMG! The Cedar Grove Inn is the BEST place to stay…read more Let's just put it out there, most places that are available to rent for either the night or a week are either really seedy or are expensive cookie cutter rooms. At Cedar Grove Inn, not only are the rooms large and clean but at the Inn the love that goes into each room can be seen as you walk in. Every guest room has a large basket of snacks...cookies, chips, granola bars, etc. I stayed downstairs and I had a very spacious, comfortable room. The adjoining bathroom has a walk in shower and a huge claw foot soaking tub. Bath bombs are supplied if you want to take a long soak. There is also a mini fridge in the bath so that you can put drinks (supplied) or left overs in it. The breakfast is delicious. The food in the fridge is available at any time. If you are staying any length of time Kim or Rich will do their best to get it. Kim and Rich also supply beer and wine in the main kitchen so you can enjoy a happy hour before going out to explore Nashville for the evening. The couple are delightful to visit with. Don't be surprised if you see family stop by. Everyone is fun. I stayed a couple of weeks and received invitations to their open house at Thanksgiving and Christmas. I had fun! They raise chickens on the grounds and are certified to to sell both eggs and chickens. The chickens are delightful to watch for a city girl. They are released from their coop late morning and are allowed to free range until dark. I don't usually post reviews of places that I have stayed to but go see Kim and Rich at Cedar Grove Inn. It is an exceptional place to stay.

Jim was great at making our reservation and giving us a great military rate for my hubby, myself and our two muts traveling from Austin to DC. This place was clean and everyone had control of their doggos and cleaned up after them for the most part. The dogs were comfortable and we all got a good night's rest. We always pass through here and have bookmarked his hotel as a go to when I have my dogs in tow. My little doggie left his favorite carrot toy in the hotel. We didn't realize it until we checked into the next place. Bummer. If anyone comes across it my pup would sure like to be reunited with it. Great parking lot with lots of lighting. Needless to say my three nights were mostly sleepless, but they do have an ironing board and iron in the room. Is it worthy for those passing through, sure, but don't expect anything like the name of the establishment.
