This place is right next to a busy road and Rt40. The noise pollution from trucks, cars, motorcycles and people! They put my room right next to the stairs and facing the main road. Not many cars in the lot so why not put people in the back facing rooms to avoid the noise? Metal stairs play like a harpsichord with kids making music, cigarette dispenser right at the top of the stairs. Room was clean with two work tables. Card key was hit or miss and if a bad woman was chasing me, good luck getting into my room quickly! Something was wrong with the air conditioner as it would rev up like a jet engine with the upside being it was louder then the Harley Davidsons cruising the strip.. Needless to say my three nights were mostly sleepless, but they do have an ironing board and iron in the room. Granted this place is cheaper than the other 4 hotels in the near vicinity, and is heavily used by people passing through and the people working there seemed nice. Is it worthy for those passing through, sure, but don't expect anything like the name of the establishment. read more

This was a beautiful hotel. It has to be newly renovated from pictures I have seen on here. We had a room with two beds, a fridge and a microwave, and a small coffee maker. The beds were perfectly made. The bathroom was just gorgeous!! Breakfast was decent as well. Except for the coffee, it was brown hot water at best. They had a waffle machine, toaster, little danish's, muffins, eggs, bagels, sausage, and biscuits. OJ, coffee and tea. Ery clean breakfast area. I recently had to travel for work. Because it was for work, I had to submit a travel request at least 30 days in advance. Therefore, I booked a room at LaQuinta Inn & Suites Lebanon on July 18, 2018, with a check-in date of September 10, 2018. On September 7, 2018, I received an email from the hotel, advising: "Your stay at La Quinta® is just days away. We look forward to welcoming you as our valued guest. You can count on a great stay, thanks to our FREE Extras and can-do service. And our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that you'll leave smiling." Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel had overbooked for the evening and my room was no longer available. This was after almost two months of the room being reserved and a confirmation three days prior. The staff then went on to say that they had in turn booked me a room at the Quality Inn in Lebanon, free of charge. I then went to my new hotel (Quality Inn), which was anything but a quality hotel. I entered the room and immediately noticed the ceiling had been painted in an attempt to hide either water damage or nicotine stains in this "non-smoking" room, which also had cigarette burns on one of the bedspreads. I then further examined the two beds and found one with dirty sheets, the other was fine. I then noticed a stain on one of the pillow and took them all out of their cases to find five of the eight were stained. I then opened the bathroom door, which released an odor equivalent to that of a homeless person. I immediately began calling other local hotels. Unfortunately, there were no available rooms on short notice. I turned the AC on and began smelling moisture in the air. After checking the filter, it did not appear that it had been changed in quite some time, and the unit was unable to breathe properly. I attempted to sleep, but woke up after only two hours. I just sat there, unable to ignore the room's smell or my own frustration. I packed my things back up and said farewell to the roach that crawled out from behind the mirror as I went to the front desk to check out. As I left, I noticed there were only a few vehicles on the parking lot. The next morning, I had to pick up a co-worker from a hotel adjacent to LaQuinta Inn & Suites. There were still only a handful of vehicles parked in the lot. I will never again I book with either of these establishments. read more

The booking process was interesting... there were a few rooms available online, but the front desk said they had nothing. Okay, I booked online, and they had the room for me. It was a smoking room, but actually didn't smell like smoke at all. I lucked out, considering that my friend stayed in a non-smoking room at the Knights Inn and he said it smells horrible there. (I read the reviews before picking where to stay in Lebanon, and I knew that it wasn't worth the discount to go there.) Decent free breakfast, although I couldn't quite stomach the sausage patties and EGG PATTIES. (Seriously.) Needed sausage gravy. I can't complain. It's free. Cable TV with all the channels you need. Hot water and good pressure in the shower - of course, I showered at 6 AM, so that makes it easier. Room is clean, and was remade in the morning while I was out (sometime from 7-11). Another plus here: The single best Internet of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Hasn't quit yet in over 15 hours. So, hopefully, you read the reviews too. Don't pick the cheapest place. Go second-cheapest (maybe third, I don't know, since there were so few rooms around). There's a reason that all the rooms are sold out here and not at the Knights. read more

So I was desperate for a hotel and this was pretty much the ONLY option available without driving 2 more hours. It's pet friendly so I understand the smell but damn come on man! $98 for this? You should be ashamed of yourself. This place is in need of a SERIOUS remodeling. I ate diner and literally drove to all other hotels on the exit looking for another option. Everything was booked and I'm tired so I'm stuck here. I considered cutting my losses and driving to truck stop and sleeping in my car. Unfortunately not a great experience. Smelled dirty and like smoke, even though we were in the non-smoking hallway, cigarette burn holes on both queen beds (really?!). Looks like the maid saw them but made the bed regardless, as the burns were in multiple, obvious locations on the comforters. Dirty walls, ceilings, and carpets, and scuffed up outdated furniture. Paid $73 dollars and luckily just trying to get by for the night. Friendly front desk person, but quite disappointed in the cleanliness and overall appearance. read more

Place is a sleazy rip off even for Quality Inn. Went in person here to make reservation. Need inexpensive hotel near Cedars of Lebanon State Park. After I made the reservation, I found a better place nearby and called to cancel this one. Only problem was they didn't record the call and charged me for a "no show" for my date 2 months later. Disputed it but credit card company and corporate Choice Hotels admin would not refund me even though I could prove I called and they could not. I think Lebanon manager is padding his records to make place look better than it is. BEWARE BUYER. They are crooks. read more

After a long day of driving, my wife and I were happy to find a room at this Quality Inn. Everything was fine until the next day. After checking out very early and driving several hundred miles, I realized I had left my laptop computer sitting on the floor plugged into the wall. When I called back to the hotel, they at first couldn't find it, but later called to say that it had been located. They sent it Priority Mail to my home and it was there before I got back. Thanks to the honest management and staff of this hotel, I did not have to replace my computer and all the data on it. Being retired (and on a fixed income) this means a lot. read more

Stole my shoes. Accidentally left a pair of shoes in the room (double checked all luggage) and they magically disappeared from the time I left to the time I went back for them. I even called to let them know I was coming back. And nothing in the room seemed to have ever been cleaned properly. There was dirt on the walls, in the bathroom, literally everywhere. read more

The room was grimy everywhere we looked, and there were other people's hairs on the bed, in the sink, and behind the bathroom door. I paid in full for a room for a week with check out being on Sunday..they contacted me the next Saturday to let me know I owed for Saturday night when I had already paid up until Sunday. Seems the lady made a mistake and only charged me until Saturday but put my check out as Sunday in the system. They had all week to contact me but didn't call my personal phone or leave any messages on my room phone. I wasn't prepared to pay again until Sunday if I needed more time but with them telling me at the last minute and I had no where else to go I didn't have much choice to pay for the extra night. I didn't screw up my reservation, they did!!! I don't think I should have been responsible for this!! I will never return to this hotel or suggest it to anybody I know!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE! we stayed here on our trip to Virginia. It's just outside Nashville and it seemed like a good place to stay. Only because all the hotels around us were fully booked. There was something going on like a concert or something. Anyways they seemed okay at first but when we walked into our room a wave of smelly cigarette and dirty feet hit us. It was horrible. We had 1 bed and a sofa sleeper with a big bathroom. The sofa looked like a dog had tore it up, the walls were dirty and dingy and so were the blankets and sheets. The bathroom looked dirty also. We could not stand it so we changed our room into a 2 bed room. (Which was surprisingly cheaper) but at $110, $125 plus tax then the $150 something one. Still WAY to much for a horrible hotel. Again the smell hit us as soon a we walked in. But it was not as bad. The walls were still dirty though and the bed/bathroom looked dingy. Thank God we brought our own blankets and pillows. We laid our blankets over the bed so we wouldn't use theirs. That's how bad it was. We just slept and got out of there as soon as possible! If you have other options take them! read more

Weekend stay; pleasantly surprised by the hotel! The room was updated (although a little cramped) and very clean. Hallways and common areas very clean. Hotel was quiet although fully booked. Housekeeping staff were not very friendly although front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was acceptable although staff had to be asked to refill the coffee urns.
