When my husband complained an asked to have his room cleaned, the owner threaten to sic his dogs on him. The dogs are allowed to roam around your room when you are gone, leaving hair everywhere. My husband found the owner had gone through his personal possessions. When my husband had finally reached his wits end, the owner locked him out of his room and prevented him from leaving. My husband had to call 911 on this horrible man to help him retrieve his belongings. The police said they had had numerous complaints about this man/manager!This owner/manager is very strange and tries to bully people with his dogs! He is not personable and knows nothing about customer service, or, the proper way to run a business. Horrible management. Horrible experience. UPDATE: Now he's trying to steal money from us! I've heard he's done this before. We have a receipt and the police on our side!

My mother and I stopped in for the night as we were to attend a wedding the next day. They greeted us when we arrived, showed us around and left us to our night. In the morning breakfast was cooked to order and when I say it was perfect, oh my! And I am the breakfast police lol! The place was very clean, quiet, well maintained and just decorated so very well!!! The couple that owned the place were perfect, nice, more than accommodating, sweet, warm and most of all competent-- they weren't overbearing. It was my first B&B stay, so I had my reservations of course but the BAR IS SET!!! If I'm ever in Palestine again, this is where you'll be able to find me & I really wish my family had just booked the entire B&B, that would have been SO spectacular!!
