Please do not allow them to service your home. Find another company. The contractor will not follow up on problems and leave you with a non functional unit. If he eventually responds to you, it is only via text and he promises to come and repair the unit but never shows up. I have been without heat for two-three months.

We had another service person that was trying to charge us $4000 for a circuit board we never needed. Edward came and immediately diagnosed the problem. He knew what he was doing and ordered the correct part. My aunt had her A/C fixed and we were so happy it was fixed properly. Her A/C unit is a huge top line unit from 17 years ago a Carrier Bryant and Edward was very confident and knew how to work on it. He was nice enough to give us pricing for a new unit or to fix the unit. No pressuring us into a new unit, her unit would cost over $20,000, with Edward Everything is itemized no guessing or giving me BS quotes. My A/C unit in my home is only around $ 10,000-$12,000 but it is nothing like her unit. I use to work for a service company 30 years ago and I would not even try to trouble shoot this unit it's so high tech.
