This is the 2nd time I've had the pure pleasure of working with this Company. My Mom needed to have surgery twice now and we used Comfort Solutions both times. The equipment arrived 2 days before surgery and was super simple to set-up. The Company did not even start the rental until her surgery date. I especially liked that they provided a brand new (never used) cloth face cover for the equipment (in these covid times) And we were instructed not to return them. The equipment was in good condition and clean. On the 1st rental I needed to call Mary for instructions on packing and returning the equipment. What a pleasant lady!! The customer service from the time I placed the 1st order up until this last return has been outstanding. I wish more Businesses had the level of customer service that Comfort Solutions provides. My mother had a macular hole repair done last year. Her doctor said she needed to stay face down for a week of recovery. The idea of it made her anxious, so she turned to me for help. I searched the internet and found Comfort Solutions. The rental equipment looked sturdy and nice, so I called and spoke to a very helpful lady. She asked me the date of mom's surgery so she could send the equipment out a few days ahead of time in case we needed help setting it up. I watched a few videos on their web site and found the equipment easy to work with. Mom was totally comfortable during the day in the chair, and even at night in bed with the face-only piece. Comfort Solutions didn't start the clock until the day of surgery, so the orientation time was totally free. Hopefully mom doesn't need any more eye surgeries, but if she ever does, I will call Comfort Solutions again. read more

I'm shocked at the negative reviews. Comfort Solutions was a lifesaver. Caveat: Read the instructions and contract thoroughly and plan to have a helper to unpack, assemble, and repack the equipment if that's not your thing. We took photos of all in the box and referred to it as we repacked and checked off each piece. The equipment was clean and of high quality. There was a flaw on the underside of the plastic table,which we photoed and reported immediately. No problem. All my questions were answered by email within a day. Tips: I found that sitting on the seat with my feet planted in front of me was more comfy than using the kneepads -- less stress on the back muscles. I was still able to keep my face down. read more

I can only say what a great Company to deal with! My wife needed surgery for her eye and we called Comfort Solutions. The equipment arrived the very next day. Everything was clean and in good working condition. The only challenge was where to place the chair for optimum viewing usage of the mirror. I spoke to Penney and she explained the best way to use it. Thank-you Penney for your time and patience! After we sent the equipment back I was charged $35.00 for a missing cushion. Sure enough it was under the bed! As soon as I returned it, I was immediately refunded the $35.00. I am 62 years old and I had to have an emergency Vitrectomy. My Doctor recommended I call this Company. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The equipment was in perfect sanitary condition and extremely useful to me. It arrived the very next day at no additional cost and they provided a return delivery label to ship it back to them. They delivered the Face Down Recovery chair on Tuesday night 08-16-2022. The genius that was going to set it up threw the components all over the floor then tried to adjust the height and gave up, "I don't know how she said proudly and left. Read the book was her advice! A day and a half later I shipped it back due to the stench of body odor. I called and asked for a refund and they refused. If you want to stick your face into a YMCA laundry bin this place is for you. My advice, look elsewhere! read more
