Yet, I don't have fabulous clothes or a mink coat, but I do write to ya'll out from nevah-nevah land (the internet, who knew?.) Where have I been? So you've been privy to my buying a new bed. In the days of the previous bed, I would curl up with my Mac and throw out a few reviews from under the covers. Now here's where my world (YelpWorld, that is) has completely fallen apart. :::pointing::: I have this wonderful Ikea side table that fit quite nicely over the edge of my old bed and doubled as a computer table. But, since I've gotten this new bed, the Ikea table :::pointing::: no longer fits over the edge of the bed. My new bed is like the princess and the pea. It's so high (tall) and fluffy, I no longer worry that my dog will try to jump on it. She's merely this tall :::hand at knee::: and, If i'm this tall :::hand on head::: and have to pole vault to get onto it, she'll never make it unless she uses the clown cannon from the circus. I've tried, oh my lovelies, to balance my computer on a book and other such nonsense so that I can continue to write about all things new and shiny, but alas, when I curl-up feet from the ceiling, my bed is so comfy that I'm off to sleep without any review to show for my wanderings. But you are reading a new review, right? I'm outside on my porch with a dinner table chair, my Ikea table, Mac and sweater, writing while cold. Hey, I gotta do what I gotta do, just for you, my ever wonderful Yelpy friends. Ahh, the smell of BBQ, the sound of the windchimes (over the sound of my chattering teef,) and I'm one review down with several dozen more to go. This new bed is killing me for writing, but lulling me to sleep like I've never experienced before.

We honestly weren't looking for an expensive mattress, since it is only gonna be used a few days a year. When we called, the owner told us that she was not at the store at the moment, but she could be there within 10 minutes if we decided to come by and check out the mattresses. Since her prices were reasonably low compared to the other places we called, we went ahead and met her at the store. After 10 minutes we left the store with a new mattress for our guest, all under $100- tax included! The owner seemed super knowledgeable about mattresses, she was super nice, and gave us tips about mattresses, spring boxes, and all those bed thingies. Our purchase was a success because our guest slept comfortably!

I came in sort of knowing what I wanted but Sho definitely helped me get on the right track to purchase the best bed for me. Sho was friendly, courteous, and didn't try to talk me into something I wasn't looking for. She was greeted kindly at the door by Victor the salesman. She was not pressured. She was welcomed. He provided her with options and information which was not the case from the other stores that she visited unfortunately, there's a lot of age discrimination against younger people, and they're not given the time of day or the help needed. They're disparaged and ignored. What people don't realize is that working parents don't have time to shop and many times they send their young adult kids to shop for them to save money. We purchased a very nice King sized mattress and an Incredible pillow on sale! The experience saved me time and money, in multiple ways. I didn't need to leave work to go shopping, and on my way home I purchased the items my daughter had picked out. Win-Win! Thank you kindly for your service. UPDATE AFTER DELIVERY: Cesar and Roberto provided excellent service. Having a link with delivery information is extremely helpful, and although the delivery period was from 8 to 8pm, delivery estimated time of arrival was provided as soon as they were close by, and showed which numbered stop we were. The Cesar and Roberto were very professional! Our order was delivered at 11am!

We used Backyard Expressions to measure and install Fireplace Glass doors (Stoll Industries) for three fireplaces. Jim, the owner, came out in person to do all of the measurements. In addition, we ordered a piece for our Patio set (Tropitone) to expand our set. We were nearing the end of our major renovation, and Jim saw a few of the pieces that we didn't put into storage. He recommended a cleaning and restoring products, brought them back to life with a bit of elbow grease and saved us from replacing them! Very good, honest people! Their staff that came to do the installation were professional and took care to protect our home and fireplaces. This was very important with one of the fireplaces as we had just had the marble restored! Definitely plan to use them again and highly recommend them anyone out there in the market for a BBQ, BBQ Island, Patio Furniture, or Fireplace Glass Doors!

We bought our waterbed six years ago before we moved from CA to Las Vegas. The mattress and…read morecomponents for the bed are Sterling, which at the time meant nothing to us. It was a great bed. We discovered a small leak (actually, with a waterbed, there's no such thing as a "small leak") Wednesday afternoon. I went to the Sterling website on Thursday and decided I was out of my depth. I did a chatroom and was fortunate to get The Amazing Anton (my title for him). Anton helped me understand the difference between the various mattresses. Being in Vegas, I obviously wasn't going to pick it up ... Anton made sure my mattress arrived THE NEXT DAY on Friday! We did notice some water stains on the bucket part of the cover (the bottom portion with the zipped pillow top). Taking a shortcut, we threw it in the washer. Yes, it shrank from a CA King to more like a full size. Back on the website (of course, I waited until Sterling was closed for the weekend), I found what we needed and ordered it. On Monday, Anton reached out and again made it possible for us to get it today (well, it's supposed to be here by 7:00). Why I love this company: In the chatroom, I immediately got a live person (Anton) and not a "chatbot" that I had to find the right phrase to type in to get someone to help me. Anton was patient, knowledgeable, and so kind. He never tried to upsell me. I emailed him no less than seven times since our first contact, and he was always responsive and quick with a suggestion or solution. He told me it's all a team effort (taking NO credit for himself) with the shipping and sewing, etc. departments, so a big SHOUT OUT to those beautiful people making things run smoothly, efficiently, and - for me - happily! I know I'm not their only customer, but they sure made me feel that way. Thank you, Anton and Sterling - loving you from Las Vegas! Michele K. XOXOXO

However, our bed was delivered early within the window we were given, and installed quickly. We'll be going back in a few months for another new bed.
