Nicholas suggested that the faucet had become clogged with sentiment and, most likely, all that was needed was to replace faucet. I purchased a new faucet and installed it and the problem was solved. I also explained that I had a frozen main drain plug and he suggested I soak it in WD40. Nicholas did not earn anything from me at that time, but I was so impressed with him and his willingness to share basic information that saved me money, I kept his contact information. I was not able to loosen the drain plug so I called him. He worked with my schedule, came over and he was able to remove the frozen plug so I could flush my water heater. It's really great to meet someone like Nicholas who puts customer service first. I can not recommend Nicholas enough.

But what really impressed me about Jonathan was his great communications skills. He quickly gave me a bid after seeing what the project required. They spent 2 days looking at it and replacing parts before eventually telling me I needed to replace the whole unit. Got a second opinion from from 1st Call this year. Bill came over and fixed it, I kid you not, in less than 10 minutes. He also showed me what to look for and how to fix it myself incase it acts up again. I won't go anywhere else. Last month our central heater started giving out burning smells and not working well.
