Myers and had an $11,000 air conditioner by a vendor on 6/19/2025. From day one, the unit did not work. We endured many days of uncomfortable conditions in our home with limited to no functioning of the AC. After many calls to the original installers, lies told to us about sending someone to help us and incompetent attempts by the technicians to assess and repair the unit, John was contacted by the manufacturer. John Russell traveled from Englewood to North Ft. Myers (an hour drive) on the 4th of July to help us. He assessed the unit after 4 hours of work and confirmed that there was a serious problem with the AC unit. He sent his technician to our home the following Monday and it was determined that the compressor unit had to be replaced. John obtained the new equipment and it was installed 4 days later. We cannot express how thankful we are to him and his staff at Endurance Aire. He went above and beyond to help us with the problems that our AC company (installers) world not/could not address. He and his crew deserve the highest recognition for their integrity, commitment and assistance to those in need. We unfortunately are not in their service area but if you are, you will find no better company to handle your AC services.

Prompt, courteous, informative. Replaced blower motor and review of system all good. Hard to find a company today that believes that integrity keeps customers.
