They don't care about their customers, they are incompetent, and their answering service reps are clueless. Since May, my sewage ejector pump system has had the failure alarm repeatedly go off in my residence. WMH has been out no less than 5 times to try and fix it. The first visit I waited all day for someone to show up. When he finally got here, he apologized and said he doesn't know how to work on sewage ejector pump systems. He said he had no idea why they sent him. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told I would get a call back. Never happened. The next day, they sent their "expert." After a few hours, he said he found the problem: tangled float lines. He likes to lecture customers about amperage and the like. I guess trying to demonstrate that he knows what he is talking about. Nice guy, but I would like you to resolve my plumbing issues instead of trying to demonstrate your knowledge verbally. Anyhow, he untangled everything and said I was good to go. Days later, the system alarm went off again. WMH came back out. Same "expert." Said circuit board start up system now needed to be replaced. $$$. He had "solved the problem." Ordered it and came back the next day to install. Days later, alarm went off again. I called WMH and again asked to speak to the manager. This was June. No manager has ever called me. Not then, not ever. I have called and asked at least 10 times since June to speak to a manager. Each time I was told they have contacted the manager directly via email and I will get a call back. Hasn't happened. We were on vacation. When we came back, alarm went off again. Same technician showed up and I was told he "solved the problem" again. He claims to have found a tiny piece of plastic that was purportedly blocking the pump and causing the alarm. Week or two later, alarm went off again. He cleaned the whole system and said I should be good to go. A couple weeks later, on Monday this week, alarm went off again. This time he concluded the whole pump has to be replaced. Said he will order it and get it done asap. In the meantime, I had to have another company come out and pump the sewage tank empty because WMH doesn't do that. $800 plus dollars. He promised he would get back to me asap. Without the system, we cannot live in the house for more than a day or two. He assured me he would be able to get a replacement pump pretty quickly and would call me asap. It is now Thursday and I have not heard from him. I have called WMH at least 10 times since Monday asking to speak to a manager. Same thing every time. I am promised I will get a call back. Never happens. They could not care less about their customers. Fed up, I called another company. They came out next day, examined the system, ordered the pump, went and got it, and installed it same day. Still haven't heard from WMH 3 days later. They are a joke. Never again. DO NOT USE.

I have no idea, but the toilet is working fine now. While he was here for the toilet repair I had Mike give me a quote for a water-powered sump-pump backup. I was prepared to pay whatever the cost and have no idea (again) if the $1750 I paid for it was "a good price," but the job is done and the peace of mind I now have is worth the cost of installation. Mike is fast to respond, local, and follows-through on his promises. All the work was done promptly and I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike again in the future.
