When they finally did, they told her she was "late" and refused to help, even though there was no line and no other customers waiting. All she needed was a simple name change to move her account into her own name. This isn't an isolated issue. The pattern is clear from other reviews, and it points directly to poor management. When employees feel comfortable ignoring customers, that starts at the top. Other Wells Fargo locations handle things professionally. This one does not. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and unprofessional attitude did not inspire confidence. Based on our experience, we would not trust this branch--or Omar Ching--with our savings or financial planning. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

And wait times are minimal, depending on the day and time of course. My biggest complaint (thus the 3 stars) is that it can take what feels like forever to access your safe deposit box. First you have to wait around until an employee comes out and asks what you need. Then you have to wait again until someone can assist you. Then you wait yet again while they take your ID to confirm you have a box. And then you'll probably get a pitch to upgrade your credit card or refinance your home before they FINALLY escort you to your box. What should literally take 5 minutes can take as long as 30 minutes, so be prepared to wait.
