I've been searching for a consistent barber for years and could never find one to give me a simple haircut that was the same every visit until I found Sarah. She not only cuts hair well and can pull off consistent fades without fail, but her prices are some of the most affordable I've seen in OC. While she's not the best at English, if you show her an example of what you want she can do it. She also finishes up her haircuts with the razor at the edges like most professional barbers. She recently moved to a new location, which is why I'm posting this review. She told me that 75% of her customers can't find the place. Her new location is next to Walmart, at a place called SOLA SALONS. Her room is suite 28, which I believe is on the left side. One last note: she only takes cash. Sad news, went to the place was at 2 months after my last hair cut with her in April, owner guy told me she moved to the K space on beach/rosecrans, went inside asked the recepionist about Sarah, says theres no Sarah, went back to the other place says he doesnt know and tell me to try her cell, tried around aug says shes heading to Korea soon during summer, had a haircut w/ another barber, hair doesnt seem to grow long for the past few months, Decided to get a hair cut this past week knowing shes only open the days shes posted on here, called today Sat at 2 something asking where her new place is, tells me Shes retired. :( read more

Sarah is great! She takes time to make sure you are satisfied with your haircut. I've been looking for a 'go to' place where I can just go, sit down and will take care of you. I'm glad I finally found a place and won't be needing to go in wondering what the outcome will be. I made several trial and error mistakes of going to different places and regretted it 30 seconds into the haircut. I was tired of searching until I found Come and Cut. I've looked all over Fullerton looking for a good hair stylist. Unfortunately, it's hard to find someone who is good and affordable all at the same time. The best place I found who was good cost $30 (not including tip). However, I get my haircut twice a month so $60 a month for a trim a month seemed too much . So I used Yelp and this place stood out. When I went in I waited 2 min. She was nice and recommended what type of hair cut I should get according to the shape of my head. I was skeptical but decided to trust her . I happened to be in the plaza's UPS Store doing some drop-offs, before I noticed this place upon exiting. Giggled at the name at first as I already had another barber place in mind-- but I had just moved to this area, so had tons of things to do. I figured, why not, and decided to just get my hair cut here-- Tuesday afternoon, around 2PM. Walked in, and nobody was there... was thinking "nice! no need to wait." Was greeted by Sarah the owner, and she turned out to be a super nice/humble lady from K-Town. Haircut price was decent-- $17, but hey, she has to pay rent right? I felt like it was worth it; she's very meticulous and clean. She cut it pretty much exactly how I asked for/wanted; most places don't. She's very attentive and will ask you to confirm. Great scissor work, and clean fades/razor/taper. Definitely recommend trying her once at least. Good luck! read more

I always get my haircut here since moving to the area. Traditional Korean Barber that does not use electric tools, rather scissors. Perfect fade every time and razor to clean up the lines. Almost impossible to find a barber that understands a persons head shape, but, she nails it..!! read more

My son and I are on a salon/barbershop tour we decided to try the place sharing a building with the Vons. Eh......she was skittish, nervous about cutting a two year old's hair. Not good. I've never seen anyone else pay attention to so much detail cutting my hair as Sarah. Every other place I've gone to would just take a buzzer and spend about 10 minutes (if that) and call it a day. With her, she actually spends time with her scissors trimming away every single loose strand. She used to be in the Vons on Imperial/Beach, and I was worried she would be moving away from my area. My sons are super picky when it comes to their haircuts. We've gone to other barbers and their hair is cut unevenly and it has to be 'fixed' and evened out at home. Sarah Kim is the best haricutter I have ever known. Looking for a new barber, I stumbled into her shop next to the former Vons on the Northwest corner of Imperial and Beach in La Habra about three years ago, and almost immediately realized that she aims for perfection with each haircut. I just showed her a picture of what I was after (on the cover of a Sports Illustrated Issue). She is precise and thorough, always including eyebrow and ear-hair trims to make sure I don't get too unruly. She has explained to me how the school she went to emphasized the importance of getting everything right every time, and it shows. Because of the closing of the Vons and that entire shopping area, she has had to move, and is now caty-corner to where she was, at the Sola-Salons next to the Walmart at the Southeast corner of Imperial and Beach. I have no higher recommendation than this one that I give her. read more
