I'm a real estate broker and serve Orange, Los Angeles And Inland Empire and often have clients who sell their homes and don't leave it professionally cleaned or at least presentable for the new homeowners. That happened YESTERDAY after seller leaving 2 days late and buyers God Bless them being more than understanding they left but still left enough items that should never have been left. So I frantically started searching and the first person I trenes reaching out to actually called me back immediately was great on the phone and gave me a reasonable price and was actually able to care of it yesterday so the buyers could take possession of their property. From this day forward I will definitely consider them part of my team. REALTORS I know it's difficult finding vendors you can rely on however I am recommending Come get it Junk removal any time you need for your clients who need to lighten up the load when preparing to sell or after the move.
