Fairly inconsistent service in downtown Frisco, with almost Weekly outages. While they do send text alerts about outages, that still isn't helpful when trying to get work done during office hours. Additionally, the sales reps lie to get you to sign a contract For more services than you need and offer a special "locked in rate," but when you actually read the contract, it is onkynn no one year of the promo then pricing jumps way up each year after and they won't let you get out of the contract without paying hundreds. They'll tell you whatever you want to hear to get that sale, but beyond that, customer service just blames the other hand (sales dept) and says the remaining hand is tied. Buyer beware and read every line of the contract the sales reps try to hurry you along to sign before the special deal expires. read more

Their app is garbage, and attempting to troubleshoot any issue is the most counterproductive experience I have ever had. Would not recommend Xfinity to my worst enemy Complete dumpster fire. This is the worst internet company I have ever dealt with. Once a month my WIFI goes out and I need to call to get it re-connected. This has happened now 5 months in a row. Each time I need to call, it takes about 40 minutes to 60 minutes to address the issue. Every time the issue has been billing. My WIFI gets disconnected because the bill according to Comcast/Infinity was not paid. I have two accounts, and because they are unable to consolidate my accounts, when I pay, it always goes to the wrong place and my service gets disconnected. Every month I am completely frustrated with this company and nobody is able to fix the problem long term. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. read more

When there is an area outage (which occur frequently), there is no number to call to get updates. We have IP phones at the office, so if Comcast is down, we can't call. When we call using our cells, it immediately thinks we're calling about our home service. So we have to enter a 16 digit account number to finally get in, and it takes us to a long, drawn out schpeel about our account. At long last we get the option for the main menu and then start going through another phone tree. When we finally get to tech support, it tells us to reboot the modem, which is ludicrous because it's an area outage. They just don't have it together. read more

What has happened to this location. Used to get great service when Robbie was there. Theresa was also helpful, but now they hired a rude and aggressive agent. Jessica was so mean and verbally abusive that I came hone crying not to mention how embarrassing it was to be treated this way in front of a line of customers. We did not understand why our bill was so high and she said it wasn't so hard to understand if we just applied our self. Also told us that others in her Silverthorne location could be fired for helping us lower our bill and that she would raise the bill if we did not sign a two year contract. Just got comcast for the first time a month ago and ordered online. I didn't want to wait for the equipment so I went up to the store and was able to pick up right away. Upgraded my service after 3 days and again fast friendly service. The man with the tattoo sleeves is the best! Had a little mix up with my bill and called customer service dreading the worse after reading reviews but my problem was fixed fast, easy and super friendly. I was actually surprised at the awesome cable service too. I love being able to keep track of all the football games with one click of a button and the speech control is way cool. read more

I stopped by their office three weeks ago to ask about what could be done to connect our house to their cable. The cable is across the street so it should be easy. It's true. Comcast is known as "The most hated company in the united states" and for good reason. Comcast represents an evil corporation; fortune 50 they like to boast. Yes they're profitable, but what did they sacrifice? Somebody sold their soul to the devil to get there. If the government were literally a corporation, it look like Comcast. Even our quaint, local Comcast service center is not much to talk about. The employees know what they need to know to sell the products, but lack any technical knowledge. When I went in, they didn't even know if they were able to return my equipment. When I set up my cable box and modem myself, I found that there was no signal on the line. They wanted to charge me for a technician to come out and physically connect the cable from my house to the pedestal (which is Comcast property and should never have been disconnected). They tried to more than double my internet-only monthly service price after the 1st year. And on a larger scale, Comcast wanted to "tax" their own customers for using internet services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. The bigwigs have no moral concern and will squeeze every penny they can out of their own, existing customers. I cannot wait for another ISP to be available in Summit County so I can switch. I would rather pay more for a competent company to provide slower internet than continue feeding the flesh eating beast that is Comcast. read more

After upgrading to a new promotion we received our new DVR box, which did not work. We drove to Silverthorne and the customer service line was quick and painless to pick up a new box. Once our bill came, we had been charged almost a third more than what we were quoted. Comcast as a whole has great tv/internet, but the billing is extremely frustrating between the bill randomly changing and not getting the full story of what is being charged. read more

Worse than I expected. I had heard that Xfinity/Comcast has terrible customer service, but the HOA where I live already pays for the TV through them, so I thought getting internet would be fairly easy - wrong. They gave me a box that was supposed to supply cable and internet, but it did not work. Two months and about a dozen phone calls later, they sent a technician out who determined that the box was defective. Now they are charging me for the two months the service was not working.
