Another thunderstorm ; another outage. This time it was down for 5 days while they searched for new parts to put on their radio tower. As if this kind of poor service is supposed to be acceptable. I switched over to internet service from my telephone company and it is MUCH faster. VistaNet speeds seem to be a myth that exist only in their minds. After being told they would refund a half months pre-paid charges for service they failed to do that. And as a further warning to any potential or current users, please check to see if your antennae is grounded. A local reputable electrician informed me that VistaNet is in violation of county building codes by not grounding their equipment. I know for a fact that my antennae was not grounded. Buyer beware. Best business decision I've made so far in 2014 is getting rid of these guys.

They are also very hard to get rid of when you cancel their service and the techs. never return calls. Then be prepared for the woman in the office to have a bible open on her desk and tell you to have a blessed day - she should learn to practice what she preaches. Nothing at all against the bible or believes - however there is a proper time and place for everything. If she is insecure about her religion or what she is doing to the clients there, then that is her problem. Their service stinks. Once you give them your credit card number - you are in for it - I had to change my number to get them to stop billing.
