Worthless! About the new 5G and phone requirement. First, I went to the store and had to leave because the "boombox" was so loud I couldn't hear someone talk. Next I called and got the recording that they would call me back in 10 minutes. Three hours later nothing, I then called again and after one hour and 5 different people---NOTHING. This is after being a customer for over 9 years. Switched to Verizon and got more service for less money. Would give no stars if I could. read more

We had had T-Mobile for a number of years with no complaints. However, after we switched providers, we received a bill for a full month's service, which should not have been. We only used a week's worth of service, which we would've been more than happy to have paid for. I called and spoke with three (3) different CSRs, at different times, all who said that they understood what I was saying and who said that they would get the matter resolved for us. After spending many hours on the phone with them, time I'll never get back, we've started getting notices from a collection agency. Are you kidding me? I said that we're willing and able to pay for the services (1 week's worth of time) that we used, but that we will not pay for 3 weeks worth of time that we didn't. That is highway robbery and just plain wrong. T-Mobile, you need to make this right immediately. read more

I have been an 18 year customer of Sprint - went to transfer to T-Mobile at the Sebring Square location AFTER Christmas. Was told when I checked in the the wait time was about 4 HOURS!! At first I just wanted to leave and forget about it - but it was my plan for the day. I ran a quick errand and returned to the store to check on their schedule, within that 30 minutes I was getting waited on! I just wanted a phone that was similar to the one I have been using and was directed to one that was. My buying and transferring experience was a breeze - all thanks to customer service rep named BAILEY he was so patient and helpful - not only to me, but to several other customers that were rude and incredibly ignorant about the process. Thank you, BAILEY, I hope T-Mobile realizes what a great employee they have!! read more

I visited this store yesterday. I had an email from T mobile offering free iPhone 12. I spoke with a nice young man who looked for the offer in his paperwork. All of a sudden another man pipes up we don't have that in store. I pointed to a HUGE sign offering exactly that. He said that's online. I went back to the young man helping me when this other person pipes up i think I know my offers! What?? I never disputed that. I remained calm and turned back to the person helping me. Once again the other one says if I was trying on stuff in the mens department I wouldn't know what was going on in the women's? What has this got to do with phones? The young man suggested I do my transaction on line as it was an online offer. Ok I can do that But it won't b with sprint/T mobile. I have been a customer with them for more than 15 yrs but May b that's long enough. I suggest if your wanting to upgrade or purchase you find another store. If this is yr only option avoid the big guy with a beard he is not interested in anything you have to stay and stands rolling his eyes. I should add that during all this he kept leavIng the customer he was helping to disrespect me! read more
