They were prompt, set up some extra stuff for me and when I needed a special cable for the my computer to make a seamless connection they ran to the shop and got one so that my work could be completed quickly.... My dishwasher died! This was a cataclysmic event on par with the apocalypse! I don't do dishes…read more That's why we invented dishwashers, so I called these fine folks. Here is what transpired- Monday morning- A very nice guy arrived to diagnose the problem. In short order he said that my pump was deceased. He said the end was quick and there was very little pain. He also said he could recommend cremation or interment services, but the trash might be best, so I went with it. As I was drying my tears, he said I would receive a call that afternoon regarding next steps and off he went. Monday afternoon- Another very nice guy called me and opened by saying he was sorry for my loss. He detailed the cost of a new pump and said it needed to be ordered. I went with it. Tuesday- Nice guy #2 called back and said my new pump was in. Holy s**t that was fast! We arranged for the install the next day! Wednesday morning- Nice guy #1 showed up again and had the new pump installed and tested in a little over an hour. The price was as quoted and very fair and off he went. Wednesday afternoon- I grabbed a few dirty dishes and did a test run. The result was perfection! It's service like this that earns them five stars and my loyalty.

The first issue he diagnosed while we waited and gave us good advice for fixing it ourselves and didn't even charge us. The second problem seemed like a hardware malfunction to me, but he determined it was simply some nasty malware, which he removed. And he only charged $50 for that, half what my wife paid in Illinois a couple of years ago. He seems very knowledgeable and interested in helping but he is very busy and sometimes if you just drop by his office, you'll find no one there. So you might want to call first.

The employees have been there (all!) for so many years, so it's nice having a familiar face and voice to deal with. Which also says a lot about a business that keeps employees! If we ever have any issues with the system, they are quick to respond. They also have been essential in teaching me the equipment. Friendly, fast and helpful. I highly recommend this company. We make use of the security cameras and alarm system. We've also continued to add on to our existing system and to other parts of the campus....so that should tell you how extremely pleased we are with this company!

Asked about the charge for putting TC back on new phone? They didn't know if they would charge me or not. Woman on phone said I could still use the system without the cellphone remote and when MOTION detector sounded I could just go in and turn it off, ignoring the alarm. When asked about turning it off remotely for friend, servicemen etc, she said "just give them the number." Totally stupid! Still cannot operate system from cell phone. They "treat you like family" is their motto. Pity their family! Charges are ridiculous. I told them I used to pay annually less than $300 to them; they told me it's always been the $40+ a month that I pay now. NOT TRUE! I already had a system. They changed ONE monitor in our garage. Didn't even have to upgrade the board. Found them to be uncaring, callous, and unknowledgeable even about their own system and costs. Pick another security system; I will soon!
