I scheduled an appt for 4/7 at 11am. received confirmation 24 hours prior to make sure I would be…read moreavailable. First tech did not show up. I went to check status at approximately 1120 and there was message that tech could not make scheduled time and was given option to reschedule. I was able to reschedule for 4pm same day. I received text at 347 that tech was on the way. However, second tech did not show up. I went to check on status and received message that job was unable to be completed. I went back to support who said tech didn't have equipment to complete job. I wasn't given an explanation how tech was able to determine what equipment he/she needed since they never arrived. Very disappointed.

For a tech company to have such a poor appointment setting process and technology is surprising. It was probably the most confusing and inefficient scheduling experience I've had in the last 20 years. To top it off, I suspected the cable to my second router was the culprit in my internet problems (and in the end it was), they would not let him fix it. That wasn't mentioned in the service request on their website. So, out $137 to tell me something I already knew.
