I had my phone serviced the day prior at 4:30-5pm on 1/13/26, about an hour before closing, so when…read moreI got the phone I didn't have much time to verify anything and left on good faith that all was good. The day after, I found out they sell "genuine" Apple product parts that aren't actually bought through Apple (yes, I was verbally told this), which means they aren't truly genuine. I contacted Apple while sitting in iSupply to confirm, and Apple told me the parts are most likely not genuine if they're not clearing the second screen. I cannot authenticate the camera or screen now because they cracked my original screen during the camera repair and replaced it without letting me know, so my screen isn't authentic either, which I find unacceptable considering I only came in for a camera replacement due to a busted camera lens. Now my screen has this washed out look to it, and it can't even handle the blacks of the screen correctly as it shimmers, and it gives me a headache looking at it. If you're going in for a repair, be aware: you cannot authenticate, which means no proper calibration and a lower overall phone value. That is my warning to anyone coming here for an Apple repair. Just go to Apple and get your stuff properly certified. Yes, I am irritated, but I am fair. The workers are cool; the experience sucked. Do not claim to sell "genuine" Apple parts if they can't even clear the authentication process. Now I have a permanent pop-up in my settings asking me to authenticate, which I can't do since the parts aren't real. One last thing: it's cool that the owner offered to replace my screen for free again, but it's pointless if the parts aren't real because I still can't authenticate, so I'll leave it at a one-star and move on, looking at my screen as a constant reminder not to go to third-party repair shops. Hope the $230 was worth it to lose a future customer. Don't break people's products and replace them with cheaper, low-quality parts and call it a day.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. DONT EVER go there to purchase or repair they…read moresell bad items and make more damage when they're suppose to be fixing it and do not stand by anything! I had two very bad experiences the first my boyfriend bought a phone had a week and before he could get a case he cracked the screen so he took it there and the fixed the screen and charged $250 which I thought was ridiculous but I wasn't around so ok but the kicker is before we brought it to get fixed it was working perfectly after it was returned it was Stuck on safe mode I mean wouldn't do anything so I took it to them and they said oh well no refunds it must've been like that already!!! Didn't even offer to take a look! After bringing it to my carrier and another phone repair place they both said the phone was ruined and it couldn't be fixed and 90% chance he did it while fixing the screen. Then about a year later or a month ago my boyfriend , yes he shouldn't have went there but still, he goes there without my knowledge to buy me a new phone for Christmas right before he goes out of town for work. They tell him it a new type of phone a galaxy something I don't remember. He pays another $250. Two days later it's not working doing all kinds of crazy stuff and not getting 4g then nothing bc it's saying there's no SIM in it which there was. So we call and wow what a surprise we get told u can bring it ill look but I probably can't help u . You should conta t Samsung so I take it to my carrier turns out this new galaxy is actually the old s2 but looks just a lil different bc it's made for a different country and is not properly compatible with all the same technology the US has and tells me u might as well toss it. so if u add up everything the company basically got us out of the 250 for the screen and the 400 he paid before the screen cracked and he ruined it then the 250 for the great NEW galaxy that 900$ wouldn't give an exchange, No credit, not even a let me try to fix it. DONT go here they should be shut down!!!! Oh and every time I spoke to someone it was the owner boss supervisor repairman all in one it's a small biz and he basically does everything so communication wasn't the problem his unprofessionalism was!!!!
