Up until about a year ago I was the prous owner of a functional but somewhat long in the tooth laptop, and on two occasions, once after spilling a whole bottle of Corona on it, and again when the hard drive packed in, they came to my rescue like knights in shining armour. Further hats off to the fact they didn't take me to the cleaners either, and charged only 50 bangers after the Corona incident, when I expected double that. However, I wasn't quite as chuffed on my third visit there, this time after a bottle of water had done the damage. A couple of days after handing it in, the guy called to say it looked ok but wasn't acting ok, and to give him a couple more days. When those days were up, and he hadn't called back, I went in myself to be told it was completely unfixable, and just to bin it. I'm not sure why, but I got the sneaking suspicion that he just couldn't be arsed fixing it, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for now. read more

I took my laptop in for repair at a cost of over £100. However, I took it back in when it developed the same fault only a short while later - to be told by (very rude) staff that it had now developed a different fault and they wanted to charge me again! Go elsewhere. read more

Had a major problem with my laptop and thought I had lost everything and someone told me about Comcal. So i took the chance and have to tell you the guys in there are miracle workers, got all myu stuff back and the laptop is back to working order. Absolutely brilliant work guys.
